Ok I think I am well and truly in a good place to review this company I ve placed four orders one through my husband to get the points and they ve gone in a variety of ways for a variety of good reasons that mostly couldn t be helped The dice incidentally are lovely but the gentleman who runs the company is one of those rare people running a business who hasn t forgotten his humanity - and to me that s worth it s weight in gold Contacting a company when there s a problem and getting a person not just company speak is such a relief Problems were sorted as quickly as possible the one delay was explained and no reasonable person could be upset with the explanation Ordered items arrive so quickly it s remarkable - though I imagine as the business increases as I m sure it will that orders may take a little longer sigh such is the cost of success I really wish him well he deserves it
