ORDRE 10620 I ordered from dofts se 2 july - today it s 17 july and I still haven t received the product More than two weeks later I contacted DHL customer service and they told me that dofts se either has to start an investigation or send the product again The problem is that they don t answer whenever you try to reach them on their supposed customerservice email I sent them a kind mail a week ago still no answer DO NOT recommend to purchase from this incompetent scam company Please send me the product i paid for again or refund my money it is very simple

They have a very nice travel size bottle for perfume Billie Eilish which twists out of it case Unfortunately after a few uses it wouldn t turn any longer The spray bottle sat fast in the cover Tried a bit harder- the bottle broke Their response Sorry warranty only two weeks
