I m on my 3rd month now with Dogfy diet My dog absolutely loves it The nutritionist is so helpful as well on what she needs and adjusting her diet to her age and weight I d highly recommend them

Questionable marketing methods

i have had Delicium diet since February i have 3 dogs 2 full bred rottweilers and a miniature pinscher mix at home different sizes different ages different weight when i first joined their customer sevice was amazing they were very attentive they were able to speak to me in english it was great until a few months ago they changed their name to dogfy diet now i dont know if they sold the company because of corona virus and they were struggling or what all i know is that since its become dogfy diet the service has become horrid i tried to contact them through whatsapp like i usually do to adjust payment dates the first time i got a reply and they said they can help me out and we can work something out but when i tried contacting them 2 more timeson whatsapp i get no response keep in mind this was BEFORE their whatsapp stopped functioning after the third time contacting them through whatsapp i get a reply saying that it no longer uses whatsapp and to email them with any issues so i did i did not get a response the second email i threatened to cancel and finally they replied amazing the issues i had with the company were 1 not bieng able to adjust payment dates when previous said it was possible 2 missing multiple bags every other month 3 requesting no salmon multiple times because it always went bad the fastest and smelled horrible 4 bad customer service im very busy me and my husband both work we both own a mechanic shop and currently dont have any employees so when i get calls and i say i CANNOT speak and i will reply when i get the chance that means please respect my time but LIDIA did not do that the woman who agreed dogfy that we can adjust the food and dates was ESTHER but the woman constantly harrassing me was LIDIA i paid 219 euros for 3 dogs every 28 days 4 boxes 4 flavors 35-40 bags per box i am now switching to vivadogs for 223 per month for 3 dogs

I wanted to give this company a try and created an account When creating your account you must check an option to say you ve read and understood their privacy policy AND that you agree to receive newsletters The latter is not a separate option After browsing the site I decided the products and packages were too expensive but that s just my personal opinion When I received my first promotional email from them I immediately hit the unsubscribe from this newsletter link in the same email and unsubscribed from the newsletter A few days I receive another promotional email I unsubscribed again Today 2 full weeks after creating cancelling my newsletter subscription I ve received another one This company completely disregards their own terms and conditions and doesn t allow you to unsubscribe from their promotions I will now delete my account and hope I won t receive more emails Additionally the company used my private phone number which I added to my account details in case I wanted to place an order to message me over WhatsApp This is not reflected anywhere in their terms and conditions This type of conduct does not provide the company with a good image and I would not trust it with my personal data nor payment details Be careful Sincerely a law student
