This program is misleading poor quality and a recurring subcription whether you like it or not

This is a SCAM This program provided a trial that was not at all the quality that the ads portrayed The speaker was difficult to understand I was shocked when I was charged double the amount 3 months later for a subscription that I didn t know that I signed up for When requesting a refund for the second charge they refused sighting a policy that I didn t request the refund in the first initial 30 days How could I I didn t know I was going to be charged another 79 99 - 60 days in the future What a scam Don t Buy this

Agree with the rest of these reviews just a scam I paid 17 99 for what was portrayed as a one time payment obviously you don t think to screenshot how this is laid out before you get to payment which means the customer will never have any proof and was then charged 49 99 the following month They have refused to refund the money because I cannot prove I have been following the plan they gave me

Total scam They present as one time purchase I purchased 29 plan Did not care for the format and only used the first couple lessons Then three months later w no interim communication and no notice of renewal I was charged 79 and research a difficult cancellation process requiring multiple email exchanges I was refused a refund and advised of a subscription policy I had never seen before then The training videos are not even good but I would have been ok w the 29 expense They clearly use this scam to get the additional subscription charges because they can t keep customers with a good legitimate product

The Doggy Plan is a disgusting company They are sneaky with reoccurring charges do not have a customer service number you are subject to emailing and I ended up paying for a subscription I didn t even know I had or got to use I got a measly 10 credited back to me and an email reply as if I should be happy about that Disgusting customer service I would NOT recommend this company to anyone I hope they continue to get bad reviews and shut down
