Nick was very personable and friendly He even told bad Dad jokes which made me laugh and it was very refreshing to speak with someone in customer service that was so enjoyable He also explained the issue to me and the turn around time to fix the collar is very reasonable

My recent experience with Nick from customer service was awesome I had a few unfortunate things happen with my Dogtra device this summer and he went above and beyond to make it right

Dogtra 2500 T B Replacement

I had a 2500 T B collar that I have had for about 14 years and kept having intermittent issues with the beeper function I sent it back three to four times and had it checked out We replaced batteries and found a short one time but Dogtra kept after it even paying for my shipping costs a couple of times After this many years and trying to help me out they are replacing the collar for me with the newer 2700 version I still have a 2000 T B that is about twenty years old been rebuilt a couple of times and with fresh batteries is still working great I don t know of many companies that work this hard to satisfy their customers as Dogtra does I strayed once to another brand had issues when the unit was twelve months old and was told they could not do any repairs and that they were sorry but I was just stuck with their collar Thanks Dogtra and Jordan for working with me and helping me out
