Lori and her company are fantastic The knowledge she has regarding the equipment and her assistance with training our dogs on how to best use the fence is well worth the cost of the fence Would recommend this company to anyone and everyone

Have been using dogfence for many years It has proved invaluable in keeping my dogs safely in the garden It took very little time to train them and then they stopped testing the boundaries I have had to replace part of the wire circuit due to over-enthusiastic garden clearance and I was pleased with the speedy arrival of my order

As ever we had an amazing experience with Laurie of stateline dogwatch She is always so helpful We have had to get replacement receivers cause my dog is sometimes crazy pants and breaks them Laurie helps me right away with never any fuss

Just what we needed

In December of 2020 we became parents of two baby Great Danes When after 4 or 5 months it became apparent that we would not be able to keep them healthy and exercised through walks alone we decided to put up an invisible fence I did my research and settled on DogWatch of Dayton When I called to arrange for installation and training the staff members were prompt courteous and professional The puppies who were about 45 and 60 lbs at the time responded to the training at different rates with the male needing a little additional correction but both are fully trained and respectful of the boundaries I m sorry I didn t call them sooner so our previous Dane could have had the run of our 2 acre lot

We couldn t have asked for more

The Dogwatch team has been awesome responsive from the start honest about what services were best for us even if it wasn t the most profitable for them installation was quick and not at all disruptive to our routine great training advice and regular follow-ups In short we couldn t have asked for more

Dogwatch is the best I ve ever seen for customer service and satisfaction They are prompt dependable courteous reliable very reasonable and most of all the best company to deal with I ran over my dog collar and needed another one quickly They sent it out the next day They were very professional and took care of me in my time of need I love dogwatch If u need to keep your dogs safe definitely call dogwatch Best company EVER

Great Customer Service Great product

we have had dog watch for over 18 years We rarely have a problem most of the time it is due to landscaping The system has worked flawlessly We recently had a cut wire due to landscapers Dog watch sent Conner out who did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to ensure we do not have an issue in that location again great customer service great product highly recommend

Dogfence were absolutely excellent at handling our initial enquiry and making recommendations They were patient with us as we adapted the plans on a number of occasions The installation was seemless and the dog training really excellent We now have a happy and safe home for our dogs Thank you so much

Excellent tool for communication with your dogs

Big leash is by far the best investment I have made when I came to my dogs Paul s knowledge and confidence of the product made me not think twice about making this purchase He was very detailed and informative on how the product works Would recommend this product to anyone looking to have a better connection and relationship with their dogs
