WILL NEVER USE THEM
We ve just had our third call this week from sales people from DOJO It s becoming harassment as every time we get a call or one of the many reps come into the shop we ask not to be contacted again It s incredibly frustrating and time wasting for a small business Not sure how to stop them constantly calling We will never use this pushy company

One the most pushy arrogant and rude sales people I have ever come across Without knowing anything about my business he proceeded to make assumptions about my business then refused to accept the figures I was trying to tell them They kept telling me I was wrong and don t know my own business I have the call recorded

We joined DOJO around 2022
We joined DOJO around 2022 Robin Lane signed us up for a great deal so we thought We were transferring from Cardsaver Ltd and Robin assured us we don t need to worry they would settle the agreement with Cardsaver In October 2024 we became aware of a business CCJ when a bailiff attended with a 3 5k bill that we owe to Cardsaver Dojo didn t settle anything and when we confronted the situation they claimed should of paid the settlement to Cardsaver and then claim it back from DOJO This was not what we were advised by Robin Still you call us asking us to join you and everytime you then state we have a CCJ preventing us joining you helped us get the CCJ
