SCAM ordered a coat and nothing has arrived no tracking no customer service help the people and mass report them on Instagram

I ordered my daughter a coat on the 30th of September and it still has not arrived I have contacted them to no avail I only wish I had read the reviews prior to purchase I shall be giving daily updates on here

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I placed an order two months ago and messaged them several times They told me twice it ll arrive on Monday and it never did They also sent a fake tracking from UPS and the tracking company never even had the package The things they are selling don t even exist She just tries to market it and scams people U can claim back the money from ur back but spread the word all over social media this brand is FAKE

I placed an order from Dolcie London and after 15 days no news I also wrote to the Instagram Then I received the tracking of a UPS shipment that confirmed the sending of the package but on the UPS site there was no package I waited 2 months And then I don t have received any response to my requests social email I contacted a girl on Tik tok where she asked in the comment under a video of Dolcie London what happened to her package she was scammed too she advised me to ask to my bank to get a chargeback Be careful and don t order because the owner of the brand will steal your money and contribute to her beautiful life And the good reviews here are her girls friends who she makes vids on IG to advertise the brand
