Genuine company
I believe Dolfi1920 is appointed by Swiss airline to deal will all luggage damage issue There was other time when my daughter fly Finnair Finnair handle the damaged luggage problem themselves I was a little worry in the beginning that I will not have my broken luggage replace because of the many negative reviews I have read here First I don t know if it is just me the Swiss airline online report form cannot be submitted after I have put in all the pictures all angles and fill in all the personal info flight no date destinations but I couldn t send it in the last step believe me I have try many times with different devices in the end I have to write them an email and they directed me to Dolfi1920 There I have to do kind of the same things put in pictures fill in things but after they had my case they are pretty fast in deciding I will have my luggage replaced It is very much broken one wheel is even missing and have left a big hole They gave me a voucher where I can use to buy a new luggage from their page and they have a big variety to choose from The voucher is enough for me to replace with a American Tourister luggage medium size and it will be sent to my home address I would say Dolfi1920 is a trusted company and if your case is genuine and after some evaluation you will have your compensation for your damaged luggage
