1 5 stars would give 0 if possible Review I m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent purchase The doll I received is NOT the one pictured in the listing The product image showed a high-quality doll with precise details but what got was a completely different cheaply made doll This is clearly a bait-and-switch scam and I m appalled by the seller s dishonesty The doll s material design and overall quality are nowhere near what was advertised It s unacceptable to mislead customers like this My Issues with the product were Completely different design and style Inferior material and build quality an it Does not match the product description or images This is a Warning to others Do not trust this seller because They are running a scam I have tried contacting the seller but they will not refund my money they do not care This lack of accountability and transparency only reinforces my suspicion of a scam So Save your money and avoid this seller at all costs I demand a full refund and will be reporting this incident to relevant authorities Let s hold this seller accountable for their deceitful practices people

SCAM NOT WHAT ORDERED

Absoultly shocking doll The doll i received is nothing like what i ordered or what they advertise The doll looks so fake and completly different not small differences Company offered 10 discount off 200 i paid I refused within minuntes they offered 25 Again i refused the doll is that bad The address to return it back to his china Not USA as selling page advertised its shipping from Company offered 30 final offer again i refused My daughter is so upset I joke not it looks like a blow up doll face you see on stag n hens party Mouth wont hold a dummy Brought 2 dummys from site also not fit for purpose Thankfully i paid in 3 with Klarna so have frozen the other 2 payments while it is looked into I want my 1st payment of 72 refunded and the doll returned I refuse to pay the shipping cost as the doll is defected not just im disatified Avoid this company the dolls you see are not what you get

Haven t received my item and emailed the company they basically said it was nothing they could do to contact the delivery company Have and they gave a response for the reborn company to be in contact with them when I ve emailed them about it they ve just completely ignored all my emails

I ordered a beautiful doll with medium length straight fine hair and got a doll with short thick curly hair Looks nothing like what I ordered So pissed

MADE IN CHINA SCAM SITE

STRAIGHT FROM CHINA SHIPPING FEES TOO HIGH TO RETURN BIG FAT SCAM spent time looking for right doll also they have name very simular to a legitimate site No customer service I was sent a cheap doll Nothing at all like ones they picture I m surprised this is even allowed They are charging alot for a doll Also u can t return for refund as shipping costs over 50quid I m being offered 5 refund and now 30 I will leave comments where ever possible about this site AVOID not worth the time or money They are not even silicone dolls Just ur standard doll u get at tesco

I should have read comments here before ordering I order a baby which is nothing like what I received A normal hard plastic baby like the cheap ones you get in shops nothing close to a reborn baby plus it says it s a uk company and it came from CHINA A bloody scam WILL ANSWER TO THE REPLAY I GOT so seems you are quick to answer in trust pilot but not as quick to replay in the email plus a copy paste answer is not what you should be doing plus I already sent an email you did not bother answering

I m am laughing at all the reviews sorry guys Wish I had read these reviews before placing my recent order When I ordered my doll I chose it from the picture there were no options for selecting size or hair type so I assumed I m getting doll as photographed I received my order confirmation and it said I ordered a bald baby 12 I immediately emailed customer service and they ask 3 times for me to send the link and also picture of doll which I did After 3 days of me sending what I ordered they said it will be 88 dollars more after buying the doll for 160 Mind you the doll is now 40 bucks depending on what link you order from I said I am not paying more just send the bald-ass baby I ll donate it for Toys for Tots After reading y all s reviews I m not inclined to even donate the doll and scare a small child Literally I m gonna record the unpacking when or if I even get the doll stay tuned They did offer to send a set of clothes
