In my experience the software doesnt do as they claim They claim it is free - it is not free at all You can download 200MB free - but to actually recover it you have to subscribe I have sent two emails over 4 days and no response No customer service at all

Unless you are a computer tech or highly experienced user This is not a program for you Add to that absolutely no technical support or customer service Also they will not honor cancellation request by email which is the only way to cancel I had to have my bank not honor any future charges This is aminus 5 star company person

Avoid this company software as it is very buggy and there is no support The first month I sent four emails and all bounced back with email server under maintenance Really For weeks I did get it to backup to a USB stick after a couple of days but Donemax won t run from its own environment
