Terrible experience don t fall for the scam

Terrible experience I ve been requesting my refund for a piano that was my daughter s Christmas present that never arrived Very slow to respond and now refuses to give me a refund This has been dragged out for nearly a month I ve now contacted my Credit Card Company to see if it s possible to get my 600 back Don t fall for this scam of a company

Ordered a piano received an email stating it was lost in their warehouse and they offered me a refund I accepted the refunded Not only did they not refund me They sent a stool with no piano so the tracking number showed it as delivered I m making payments to an item I don t even have Scammers

I wouldnt give them 1 star if it was possible Been waiting for a refund of 425 and they have sent me 338 I am leaving it to the bank to get the rest I have everything in writing This has been going on since 6th of December 2024 Scammers is my opinion

my order is missing the piano bench

my order is missing the piano bench that I paid for and I sent them numerous messages on their website and haven t received a response I sent them an email to the address listed on their website and it came back undeliverable Their phone number 571 370-5977 also doesn t work so I m going to dispute the order with AMEX customer service The quality of the piano is junk but I realize that you get what you pay for I wasn t expecting much but at lease send me what I paid for and have a working phone number and an email or at least reply to messages sent directly on your website

No reply to warranty request

I ordered a Donner Hush and a fault immediately developed on the headphone jack requiring either refund or replacement I notified the company on Dec 28th and as of today Jan 13th they have not given me refund or replacement instructions I ve emailed service repeatedly and still no resolution There is no telephone number and it seems their strategy is to wear you out so you give up Totally appalling service

Absolute scammers I ordered a piano over a month ago A few weeks later I was told it was out of stock and I am still waiting for my refund No reply to my emails AVOID THIS COMPANY

Bought the circle looper drum pedal

Bought the circle looper drum pedal It s garbage Loud noise on it from the drum side You can hear it really well when drum volume is turned down It is a whooshing white noise that is to the tempo of drum beat Plus it has no volume on the guitar recording At 6 DB the drums drown it out at 4 So I tried contacting the customer service by email Yeah three days no reply Then they wanted me to jump through hoops to record it with video to prove it was defective Um 30 day warranty is expressed on the website I want to return it and my money back But see folks they don t care They manufactured hundreds of different pedals under multiple names All look and work very similar So even if you say I ll not buy from Donner again but buy a lekato Mooer Strich M-Vave vevor Sonicake you re buying from the same people Who pay the Chinese government huge sums to do business So have their backing I guess I m out my money But I ll do whatever it takes to stop American people from buying their crap
