DO NOT BUY HERE EVER I bought headphones less then a year ago and they have stopped working I have been trying for months to try and get them replaced with no luck Finnaly I was told they are sending me new ones and attached the original tracking number not the new one Now they won t respond

No information updates no merchandise No ANYTHING

I ordered a Doogee S90c from Doogeemall on December 22 2020 and paid with PayPal I chose DSL and paid extra for expedited shipping The payment cleared and it gave me an order number It shows the status as paid But I haven t seen ANY activity since or received updates I emailed them to get an update E mails received only a form response which did not address my questions at all I clicked the refund button to see if that would get a response Nothing there either I can understand a delay in shipping But at least let me know SOMETHING I m not sure if my phone is delayed or if I simply threw my money away If I receive my phone refund or RELEVANT response I ll update the review Today is January 19 2021 Still NOTHING NO response no merchandise no explanation

If I could I would rate it with minus star My daughter paid 230 pounds for a mobile that never came She tried several contacts trough the email but in vain We have the proofs NO MOBILE NO REFUND I believe in justice and if any of those people from this site will read this I would like you to know that NO ONE WILL EVER SUCCED IN LIFE ON ACCOUNT OF OTHERS MONEY IMPOSSIBLE ONE DAY KARMA WILL GET YOU I ADVISE TO NOT BUY ANITHING FROM THEM

Bought a phone from these con artists end of 2020 sent it back for repairs Nov 27th 2020 They refused to return it based on BREXIT They then faked a replacement tracking number Parcel information received 2021-04-16 06 54 being the only information ever available on this replacement Number of days since I posted my phone for repairs and un-returned 232 Number of days with no tracking update on the replacement 92 Number of days with no response from 4PX 37Number of days since Doogee contacted me 24 although that might as well be 66 since this last contact was a total waste of everyone s time Cost to me 172 UKP international text messages utterly wasted time for the last nine months sending emails to people who have just lied and deceived me about everything I strongly recommend you avoid buying anything from DooGee if you really must make sure you use something like PayPal and make sure you are aware you have 180 days to get PayPal to refund you and chase DooGee for the bill Alternatively use Amazon who refunded me immediately for the second DooGee phone I bought to replace the one they ve stolen and that one malfunctioned from the moment it arrived I ve messaged these charlatans on GearBest they ve completely ignored me since May so they ve made it impossible for me to return it under warranty either Utterly useless awful company

Hey I missed our one year anniversary DooGee sorry I forgot to let the world know it was a year since you stole my phone pretending to repair it The one I sent on Nov 27th 2020 I forgot to tell everyone that you then pretended that BREXIT was preventing you from posting anything from Europe to the UK I forgot to tell everyone that you deliberately lied and delayed the entire process until the point it was outside of any time period that paypal would step in and refund me You have not even bothered to reply to any emails since May 2021 so it is very very obvious now that you are exactly the kind of deceitful con artists that I was concerned you were Here s the bogus shipping information you sent me that never updated so the world can see how bloody awful you people really are WL710283756GB DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY SELL COMPLETE RUBBISH AND HAVE NO QUALMS STEALING FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS zhoujiekun you are an UTTER disgrace to humanity I hope you are deeply ashamed of yourself although I doubt you even have a conscience If you want a decent rugged phone look at Ulephone Their screens don t break the bluetooth works properly the phone signal is excellent the batteries continue to work properly and the OS is decent

I bought a V20 over their Doogeemall They delivered it via GLS Germany Unfortunately the Phone never arrives so i had the whole trouble with GLS and doogee GLS told me that the Phone should be in the mailbox but the mailbox isn t big enough for parcels Doogee told me that they take care of it - but nothing happend Since 22 of July they even not responding on mails anymore So be careful here If you have trouble nobody will help you I ll now try to get my money back by VISA Chargeback update Thanks to VISA I ve got my money back Never again doogee update

T20 Tablet not working no reaction from Doogeemall

Bought aT20 Tablet 4Weeks ago Tablet with some extras total 280 arrived in time and I was very pleased with the appearance Until after two weeks the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stoppt working Had some e-Mail back and forth with the Doogee Support but nothing worked They told me to contact the seller Doogeemall for any guarantee or repair services Mailed them several times but did not get an reaction As a second time buyer Doogeemall thanked me for buying again this is very unsatisfactory My first buy was a s98 Phone about 350 last year This phone has some microphone-issues recently for which I will not use it anymore
