Every single time I ve ordered from Doomsday the customer service team is absolutely brilliant whether my order was right or wrong or if I wanted to change things they have always gone above and beyond to help But their stuff is always worth the wait Doomsday is hands down my favourite clothing brand I ll always show my support and can t wait to add more to the collection Keep up the amazing work guys

I ve ordered from a lot of clothing companies that pop up on Instagram No one comes close to Doomsday when it comes to design quality and customer service I live in the U S and any sort of wait I ever have for international shipping is always worth the wait Any questions I email to their customer support are met with a personal response from a real human being Jack specifically and he s number one for real Cannot recommend them enough

The guys at Doomsdayco are nothing short of fantastic Fair enough they ve been having some supplier issues over the last month but they ve been nothing but accomodating in keeping me updated with my order and even offered me alternatives for items that weren t currently in stock to make up for the mix up 10 10 customer service guys really appreciate it and the clothes are absolutely amazing Keep killin it

Fantastic customer service my order was not fulfilled straight away as the stock was not there on 2 T shirts I ordered but the customer service rep Ben was fantastic he responded to my email very quickly and resolved all my concerns helped me pick alternative t shirts and shipped my order after a quick few emails and conversation
