NUNCA compra colchon de dormity calidad y servicio terrible
Nunca compras un colch n en Dormity Servicio cliente horrible y inaceptable Estaba buscando una tienda espec ficamente con un periodo de prueba porque tengo problemas de espalda y el colch n es muy importante Al principio me ha dicho que tengo 30 d as de probar Hab a un retraso en mi mudanza y por eso despu s de 14 d as le llame para explicarlo y para decir que tenia mucho dolor La empleada Mar a Jes s me ha dicho que las condiciones ha cambiado y tengo 100 d as para probar y necesito probar para mas tiempo para acostumbrarme Despu s de 60 d as volv a llamarle porque tenia el mismo dolor Me dijo que Mar a Jes s ya no trabaja en la tienda y que las condiciones fue de 30 d as y no puedo hacer nada Es totalmente injusto A causa del error de tu empleado me dejaron con mucho dolor y un colch n que vale 800e sin opci n para cambiarlo Adem s esta en condici n perfecta y puede venderlo a otro Es injusta y inaceptable de tratar clientes as Solo despues de poner mi experiencia aqui me llamaron para cambiarlo si pago 100e una chica podia hacerlo en 2 segundos solo que antes no queria Pero sigo con muchisimo dolor de espalda solo despues de unos meses el colchon tiene diferente forma ENGLISH BELOW Never Buy from Dormity Worst experience of customer service I had spent a while looking for a matress as i suffer from back problems and chose Dormity as they have a 30 day trial period There had been a delay in moving into my new flat so i called and explaned the situation and that after 2 weeks i was having a lot of pain sleeping on the matress The employee Maria Jesus informed me that there was now 100 days from the day i started to sleep onthe matress and i needed more time to adjust to it After 60 days I called back and a different employee told me that I bought the matress with 30 day trial and that Maria Jesus no longer Works at the store and they refused to change the matress They have now left a client who paid 800e with severe back pains and zero cooperation to do anything despite it all being the fault of their employee Absolutely unacceptable and despicable service It was only after posting this opinion here that they changed the mattress for 100e I have continued to experience severe back pain and after just a few months the mattress has sunken in changed shape

unacceptable customer care
I order a mattress yesterday at 14 00 and today in the morning at 10 00 I changed my mind due to some online negative reviews I found concerning mostly the customer care seen as unresponsive to needs of customers when they have issues etc and or not keeping the warranty I went to the shop at 10 00 and the person there told me that he can do nothing himself I should instead just wait for the phone call of the customer care still waiting to see what I can do about the deposit 135 euros and that most likely they will refuse to pay me off because they already created the custom-made mattress I am wondering how they made a mattress in less than 20 natural hours or less than 5 labor hours and in summer nevertheless a period of large delays What I guess in fact what I am pretty certain about is that they had already a mattress at the custom-made 140 200 cm2 to deliver me hence the exceptionally fast delivery time A fast cancellation like mine less than a day should have been absolutely refundable At least partly refundable and not worth 13 of the total final cost The final cost included items that are not even custom made 2 pillows and 1 protector about 150 euros worth of cost in total For sure the employee in person should and could be kinder asking me for example what and why made me change my opinion discussing alternatives etc instead he started making angry phone calls to his colleague and rudely accusing me during when I was patiently waiting in front of him to discuss a reasonable solution Today and after 10 00 I attempted to make several phone calls during the whole day to customer care that was supposed to call me instead After waiting in line for 10 minutes each time the line got cut off So I am to believe that they fabricated a completely new mattress in about 4 hours but they do not have the capacity to pick up the phone to talk during the whole day I am wondering in case of issues and refunds and changes is DORMITY offering this type of service to their clients Do they speak down to them like this Do they ignore to call them back Do they intimidate them that they will not get their deposit or part of it back It s a real shame because I was planning to buy things from them almohadas and protector Had they been kinder and nicer I would consider more expensive options too For example one reason of my doubts was whether I d need to upgrade my mattress from lumbo basic to lumbocare but in September and not in August so that I can have the chance to test it fully after my summer vacations And after making sure they provide a descent customer care How can I trust them now when in this first mishap they just treat a client like this and justifying the negative reviews in the first place It seems that they are conditionally nice to convince a potential client but in case of a mishap they immediately and in milliseconds turn rude Whats the point in paying a very expensive product when it is not accompanied with a really descent customer care that it would require

They lie and deceive to make sales
They lie and deceive to make sales - be careful I had specific needs for a mattress I went to Dormity and they recommended one I received it and it was terrible I have 14 days to return the mattress for a full refund by law and I said to them to take it back the day after it arrived The sales person said please try another bed this one is better etc etc He said you ll need to take it for a couple of months but don t worry we offer a 120 night return you can get your money back if you re not happy I accepted and tried the bed A couple of months later I still wasn t happy and said to them to take it back Now they said no the 14 days return is past and the 120 days only applies to the first bed Luckily I had the entire conversation with the sales guy on whatsapp including where he said they d refund me if I wasn t happy I showed it to consumer protection and they forced Dormity to take back the mattess and refund me If I hadn t been chatting to them via whatsapp I d have had not recourse They lie to make sales Ensure anything they promise you is in writing Read their terms of sales Be careful

Uncomfortable and low quality
We bought a bed from Dormity back in August as they had a good discount in the whole store We went in with confidence as we met a salesclerk that seemed to know his stuff and the great innovation behind Dormitys products After examination of our bodies he chose a bed that would be the perfect fit for us We bought the bed and it was delivered within a day to our home After only a few days in the bed me and my girlfriend started to feel an uncomfortable feeling in the mattress as well as it was appearing like a hole in the middle making the bed shaped like a V so we rolled into the middle We called Dormity and asked for a change for a firmer bed in hope to sleep better Without any problem they replaced the bed at a price of 50 euros But the same happened to the new bed It got deformed does not keep a solid surface and sleeping two people in it creates a hole in the middle making it super uncomfortable sleeping in After understanding Dormitys policy we could not return the bed so after much consideration we decided to buy a new bed and place the Dormity bed in the guest room It wasn t until a friend of mine was sleeping in the bed saying the exact same thing about the beds uncomfortability that I decided to make this review since I really believe a bed should be comfortable and I cannot say that Dormity fulfil that value Giving two stars for good customer support and 1 star for bed quality and comfort

We bought a onite mattress from Dormity
We bought a onite mattress from Dormity with a list price of 2 500euro Delivery was problematic and took three attempts We bought the matching base and headboard 6 months later The base had a variety of problems The mattress topper also moved leaving a large gap one side of the bed Today the repair man came and fixed all the mattress and headboard problems He measured the topper and base Agreed the topper was too small but when he rang Dormity they refused to consider our claim as the mattress is 8 months old and they only have warranty for 6 months This is a faulty product not us changing our minds I consider this all round a poor service and appalling that a mattress with a price tag of 2 500- is faulty and Dormity refuse responsibility

I recently moved to Barcelona and some people recommended me to buy at dormity The girl attended me in english and she recommended me a Kyneq which is an incredible mattress Ever since I started sleeping in it I m much more relaxed I sleep incredibly and really noticed the improvements

I just moved from Italy to study here
I just moved from Italy to study here in Barcelona and I moved into a flat that had no beds Being only 18 i did not have that much money to spend nonetheless i bought a very affordable mattress which is even better than the one I have in Italy With no doubt in my mind i would recommend buying at dormity What s more they attended me in english which made me feel much more comfortable since i m still working on my spanish

Great experience
I went to the shop and bought a couple of mattresses since I moved from New York Great customer service especially for someone who doesn t speak Spanish fluently The quality of the mattress is exceptional and I am really very happy
