Double booked
48 hours prior to arrival they called to say they d double booked the property and our booking was being cancelled It had been booked for months 14 people had their hard earned long awaited weekend away ruined Absolutely no reason given The women was rude unhelpful and uncommunicative NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Avoid Dorset Hideaways at all costs
Made a booking via Dorset Hideaways on the 14th April 24 for weekend 6 12 24 at a property called the Beach House in Bournemouth for 14 people Laura from Dorset Hideaways called me 3 days before to advise the owners had double booked the property for that weekend and they were cancelling our reservation You can imagine how distraught the party were to learn of this Dorsets attitude was terrible Avoid using DORSET HIDEAWAYS and all there sister companies which is a location followed by Hideaway and avoid this House Absolutely terrible experience

Awful experience
I am extremely disappointed with Dorset Hideaways We booked a weekend getaway months ago only to be notified at the last minute that they had double-booked our accommodation and cancelled our reservation This last-minute cancellation caused so much stress we had already arranged for a babysitter and time off work and with no time to spare we were left scrambling to find alternative accommodation The lack of consideration for the inconvenience they caused especially after we had made arrangements in advance was incredibly frustrating I would not recommend this company to anyone

Three days prior to our arrival we were advised the booking was cancelled due to a double booking This was a booking made back in April for 14 people so 14 people s weekends ruined after arranging childcare time off work Very poor customer service

Friendly polite and helpful
I booked with Dorset Hideaways for the first time this summer July 22 In all my dealings with company I have to say they were exemplary You ring them they answer the phone very quickly The people you speak to are friendly and helpful They say they re going to check something and get back to you and they do It s quite refreshing to be able to engage with a friendly person by phone if you want to or need to Btw the reason for the call was to ask about Wi-Fi in a property The information was online but I wanted to clarify something

We stayed at all views at burton
We stayed at all views at burton headstock This was a beautiful holiday and a perfect house in a superb location Everything had been thought of and the welcome pack was much appreciated On arrival the house was warm very clean and welcoming and even the weather was reasonable for late October Thank you for a most enjoyable holiday Barry Avis and our family
