EZVacPro not as advertised and You will not get a full refund

I purchased the EZVacPro portable vacuum cleaner and I was disappointed by the product immediately Suction power is largely misrepresented Even when fully charged the product does not suck up pet hair debris or dust as marketed The instruction booklet with important legal and consumer safety instructions that came with the product has so many spelling grammar and direct-translation-from-another-language errors that it was actually impossible to understand the full instructions on how to use the product properly As I set to return the product to DotCom Products I noted the online return policy FAQs about refunds and full refund guarantee discrepancies and conflicting info I reached out via email to the customer service desk Customer Service Desk call centre is not responsive always during stated working hours Email correspondence is an excessive back and forth Emails are always signed as Dot Com Products Inc Even when requesting a manager s support emails are replied with Dot Com Products Inc and no other individual name Even when I repeatedly asked for a manager it was never stated with whom I was corresponding Through email with a bit of back and forth it was finalized through my statement and not contested that I will be refunded the full amount including return shipping costs DotCom Products Return Policy even encourages spending more money on shipping to ensure tracking of the return package to the company After I sent the product back via Fedex with tracking info I am only refunded the initial charge amount and not return shipping costs Partial refund is almost immediate and not as per their refund policy which states they have to inspect the product They did not follow their own policy in this regard Further communications advised I will get a gift card for the return shipping costs and will get a manager follow up Manager did not follow up and when I did I was firmly told no refunding the return shipping costs In principle aside from the misleading advertising and weak product with potentially dangerous incomprehensible instruction booklets it is misleading to say risk-free and 100 refund The customer pays for shipping of product to customer and then takes a net loss because is paying for shipping to return the product

Ordered before reading the reviews My account was charged twice I only ordered 1 camera - was sent 2 with 2 sd cards Tried to cancel they offered a partial refund so my credit card was credited for half of the cost for 2 cameras was sent tracking number to send both cameras back I tried to test 1 camera Was forced to pay for a subscription before being able to install the camera was forced to add my phone camera and a monitor even though I had an sd card I was afraid to send anything back to them because of not getting the rest of my money back per the other reviews and having to paid for shipping that I already paid for

Horrible I purchased 3 Light bulb security cameras from this company Inferior product which they will not back I made numerous phone calls to their customer service did everything they suggested I do but the light bulb cameras are a total waste of money I tried returning them and getting refunded but have been fighting them for 6 weeks We had agreed upon a refund amount because supposedly I was outside of the time frame to obtain a full refund it depended on which person I spoke with On May 24 they were going to process my refund but here it is June 26 and still no money They insist it went back to my mode of payment which was PayPal but PayPal says they don t have it PayPal refuses to fight for me they have denied my claim Here I sit with products that will be thrown away and I m out almost 120 DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BUYING ANYTHING FROM DOT COM THEY ARE CROOKS
