I went to class without a yogamat

I went to class without a yogamat I was in doubts about whether to buy one or rent a matt but ultimately decided to buy the cheapest one they had It had no grip on the floor and I had to skip a lot of the movements because I slipped Tried to get a refund but the girl said to me I had bought a travel mat I told her that she knew I bought the mat for the class and that she sold it to me knowing what I was going to use it for She tried the mat and agreed that it was useless and had no grip and took the mat and told me she would ask the manager if i could get a refund or exchange and get in touch with me asap A week later someone calls me and is like sorry - we dont do refunds as they dont know what to do with a used matt O I dont even have the mat they do It is such a bad experience and honestly do not understand this level of service Yeah and the mat cost 550 kr

No refunds

I purchased a drop-in 295 DKK for a class that I had to cancel Fair enough that you lose the drop-in and have to purchase a new one if you want to book another class but they don t refund you for the one you already purchased - which I think is a scam This should be VERY CLEARLY stated when you buy it which it is not

Highly recommeded

It s one of the best hot yoga studios is Copenhagen The teachers there are highly qualified - they give proper guidance stay in the movement together with us throughout entire class guide through deep meditation and always care about the people It s a studio where I always feel welcome and well taken care of

Lovely place

Dottier is one the best Hot yoga studio I have visited so far The classes are varied and instructors too with different backgrounds which makes you to enjoy every class and get something new You can find a wide range of classes a week that you can fit it in your busy schedule The lounge area is wonderful you can feel like home and hang there forever The rewarded frozen towel after a good sweat is the best You can also find a variety of workshops that helps you to deepen in your practice Definetly I would recommed Dottier to everyone

I joined Dottir HotYoga last year and

I tried different studios in Copenhagen and I can say I like this one the most I ve been a member for almost one year It s very cosy and has a community feel you see the same people coming back to classes I love the hot room and the challenging classes In time you can see an improvement in your practice And the frozen towel at the end is a really nice touch I honestly recommend trying out D ttir

The best Hot Yoga Studio in town

I joined Dottir HotYoga last year and this year I decided to do my YTT there It s the best decision I made The teachers are knowledgable and really good at what they do They deepened my love for yoga tho i didn t know it was possible and helped me believe in myself I m truly grateful for this experience and the journey we share I I couldn t recommend it enough

Perfect place to practice

The D ttir Hot Yoga Studio is so far the best Yoga studio I have ever been to When choosing D ttir Hot Yoga you can look forward to a lovely and welcoming atmosphere and a well designed studio in a nice location You get demanding and challenging but also calming and relaxing classes with the the cutest and kindest teachers you can wish for After every class you can enjoy a frozen towel to cool your body down and a healthy and refreshing juice All in one I can highly recommend Karen and her studio Much love

Wonderful place

I joined the studio only a few months ago and it has been the best experience that has made me fall in love with yoga I hadn t practised yoga before and I can say that this is also a good place where to start since there is such a variety of classes to choose from Also I appreciate how Karen and other teachers are trying to build a Dottir Hot Yoga community I feel very welcomed every time I visit the studio
