Lost Half of Pre paid Order - 4 month away my order still not shipped
I left a pre-order for vinyl in June things were released in August - the product has not yet been shipped I contacted the seller - I waited a month for a response they said that they had lost part of the order We decided to send what is available - it has been a month and a half since the product has not yet been shipped The deal was in the Nuclear blast store

not again 19 days and nothing happened
Ordered at the 1st of Nov - Shipping company recieved it at the 20th 19 days of Emails etc 1st contact - 8th of Nov no reply2nd contact - 13th of Nov it will be shipped asap 3rd contact - 13th of Nov Order will be chancelled 4th contact - 13th of Nov got email w tracking number US one not shipped5th contact - 14th of Nov got email w another tracking number Canadian one not shipped6th contact - 15th of Nov got email w the first tracking number not shipped7th contact - 18th of Nov got email will shipped asap 8th contact - 20th of Nov Shipping Company recieved packageNow I have to wait some more weeks to recieve it as customer from Europe Not again never

Ordered some merch about 3 weeks ago still hasn t been sent out emailed about it twice first time I got a response saying they ll check in the warehouse to see if they ve been sent out second time I never got a response No idea if I ll get what I ordered or not Avoid

Ordered on 6 Dec at the time of writing 1 Jan order shipping status is only on the way to your country I ve no doubt they will blame APC but as far as I m concerned it s up to merchants to use reliable deliveries very services Very disappointed and won t be using again
