Do not use for Portugal

As far as I know this is the worst postal service in Portugal constant delays even had and occasion where they claimed they were at our house to no avail my wife and I work from home so it was a lie They also do not allow you to pick up de delivery yourself in case of a delay which is the most ridiculous thing I ve heard If you value your deliveries and money DO NOT USE DPD Portugal

Terrible No responsibility Conductors lying that we were not at home and brought one parcel in the polickup store 5 km away from my home not at the one across the street Lost or stole another parcel Try to avoid them Unfortunately a lot if online shops use their services

Worse not possible They make absolutely no effort to deliver Any minor detail will be used as an excuse for not delivering Products are thrown around in the trucks and almost always arrive damaged Customer support is non existent They do not answer the phone and reply to e-mails with standard responses I have stopped buying from vendors that use DPD SEUR Chronopost

They need to stop all service get new management in as the present management couldn t run a bath The worst company you could possibly imagine Start again from scratch a rating of 1 2 must tell you something To cut a very long story short they didn t deliver when supposed to OK mistakes can happen but 3days I was mislead in believing they would deliver Do not use this delivery service

The only delivery company that gives me problems they insert wrong addresses when sender confirms they give them correct ones they lie about nobody being at home multiple times they ignore support inquiries If for CTT and Paack I give a 5 these don t deserve a 1 for what they are making me go through

Over 100 Days of Frustration with DPD

Over 100 Days of Frustration with DPDI ve had an ongoing exhausting experience with DPD regarding a simple shipment from Lisbon to the UK that has been delayed for over 100 days Despite promptly providing all requested information including completing additional documents and responding to multiple requests for details DPD has repeatedly failed to act proactively At each stage I had to reach out for updates rather than DPD taking steps to resolve the issue To add to the frustration DPD has now redirected my package to a parcel shop in Lisbon far from my original destination Disappointing service with little regard for customer satisfaction

DPD are useless

DPD are useless They send an SMS and then never actually arrive This is the second time we have to have these pathetic people NOT deliver our goods We paid extra to have our Via Verde device delivered and now DPD have sent a message saying they cannot do this on time We will be asking our lawyers how to deal with this matter as we have a contract with Via Verde to deliver our device within 2 working days and it is now DPD that is telling us they cannot do this My reference is VIA VERDE 09684405174026C
