Terrible Zero customer service They lost some expensive items of mine and have chosen to simply ignore me Steer Clear

DPD Parcel Wizard is getting worse and worse and believe it or not they re worse than Parcel Motel at the moment My parcel never arrived from UK through DPD Parcel Wizard network in April 2020 consignment number 32574236 got email with delivery date 17 04 2020 from DPD which never happened after few calls to their team they opened a case and they said resolution team will contact me with 50 refund option which never happened Never got a call back from them nothing Same thing now again with another parcel consignment number 33071374 through DPD Parcel Wizard delivery date 23 10 2020 result - second packet lost as well As requested I sent email with description of the goods and parcel numbers yesterday but now they ignoring my emails and on the phone they re using b excuses for the reason parcel is not being delivered I m writing this review now and I recommend to everyone - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH DPD PARCEL WIZARD Soon as this charade will be finished I m closing Parcel Wizard account and will do the same recommendation to all my friends and aquaintances And this will go all the way to Mr Brendan O Neill -CEO and Colin Kennedy executive director of DPD Ireland along with all recorded phone calls and emails chronologically ordered DHL is maybe more expensive but at least they will not lose or steal your parcel whatever comes first It doesn t happen with the normal shipments from ROI only if it s going through Parcel Wizard option from UK which became no better than Parcel Motel services in the last few years and by my experience they were the worst before but DPD is so close Please do a favour to yourself and choose someone else to deliver your parcels from UK it will save your money and your nerves Never again

Scammers

Scammers Received my packages they even said they did but they haven t been delivered Keep telling me there s sometimes delays and to just wait Over and over Reporting to the police today and looking into beginning a small claims case Also disputing all of my top up payments through my bank

Delivery Parcel Disasters

When you track your parcel it says it s been delivered when it hasn t Sometimes it goes to the wrong address and the drivers make up excuses which usually are lies

Worst customer service ever

Once again review dpd as it is the only to get them to reply to an email wrote a review the other day and as predicted they replied and advised to contact customer service I did contact customer service and as per usual there is no reply just want them to delete some junk mail letters so any future actual parcels can be delivered have started to use parcel motel again even though they are more expensive you would think a big company like dpd would have many customer service staff yet they ignore emails for weeks

Another missing parcel Down 380

Wished I see these reviews before getting phone delivered to parcel wizard Like others I switched from parcel motel to parcel wizard as I m working from home these days Anyway bought a phone from ebay for 380euro which was marked as delivered to the dpd depot by royal mail Dpd parcel-wizard refusing to do anything unless I can get the signature of person who signed for it Which obviously no one is doing at the moment due to C19 including DPD In the meantime had to purchase another phone This time through parcel motel which was successfully delivered to my locker 2 days after purchase Lesson learned

I have been trying to get registered

I have been trying to get registered with Parcel Wizard but I get to the first step and it will not proceed from there I have been reading the reviews here and I believe I ve had a lucky escape from them needless to say I won t be going back to try and register

DPD Parcel Wizard is INCOMPETENT

I thought AnPost was incompetent Turns out Parcel Wizard is just as inferior Not only do they regularly misplace lose packages - they LIE about it and try to cover it up by claiming the people who sign for your parcel at your virtual address don t work there and they don t know who they are So you re telling me you employ people at your warehouse but don t know who they are and have no record of them Great Getting in touch with them is a total nightmare as they regularly ignore emails and their costumer service representatives are poorly trained and misinformed If that isn t bad enough they are not even able to contact search their other warehouses Evidently they are unable to see if your package has even arrived or if it has been sent out according to their customer service agents The service is a total joke and could be run more efficiently by a toddler Lazy unorganized and incompetent sums it up Save yourself the grief and just use Parcel Motel or literally any other service
