Horrible Company - Avoid at all costs -
Horrible company that takes consumer s money then doesn t deliver I preordered the DOOM The Dark Ages collectors edition for 200 dollars One of the benefits was being able to play the game two days early before release On April 30th I received a shipment confirmation email with a tracking Supposedly I would have received my package on the 5th of May Spoiler alert at the time of this review when I check the tracking information UPS reports that they have not received my package so they re unable to provide any additional information I reached out to the customer service team only to get a less than enthusiastic response stating they d reach out to UPS mind you they ve yet to respond with an update on top of that the company refuses to honor the early access bonus for preordering the collector s edition Bethesda and Dpipromo has yet to address any of these issues nor has there been any significant steps taken on their end to rectify these issues I m starting to think that UPS never received the package in the first place I write all this to say do NOT preorder anything with Bethesda because they ve partnered with this scam company that doesn t care about their client s customer base
