Dean came the same day I contacted him and arrived exactly when he said he would He spent a long time on my roof and ultimately concluded that my roof wasn t the problem He then gave me a lot of advice about how to sort the problem I feel that he went the extra mile for me even though he knew he wouldn t get any business from me If I need a roofer in the future I will definitely contact Dean first
