scam absolute joke
AUSTIN TX I can t begin to describe how much of a scam pos joke this company is First their devices despite how much they want to make guarantees based on nothing WILL drain your battery clean I have a 20000 mile car battery was great before Now i jump it every time i need to start it Oh but if your battery dies you have to pay 50 bucks for a code and spend a day at the shop getting a calibration regardless of how recent your last calibration just was yeah so HOW ARE YOU GONNA BE THE REASON MY BATTERY DIES AND THEN CHARGE ME BECAUSE OF SAID DEAD BATTERY its a catch 22 this is the biggest scam in the united states your money would be better invested in the sketchy guy in the alley wearing a trenchcoat offering you magic beans to grow a giant beanstalk than it is being spent towards Draeger I am seriously no joke contemplating going to jail violating my pre trial diversion just so i can rip that device out of my car with my own bare hands and break it into tiny itsy bitsy pieces and never have to hear the condescending smug voices of the guy forcing me to pay 50 bucks for a code for a problem HIS DEVICE CAUSEDI got the device calibrated on the 19th of April for over 100 dollars I am locked out by the 23rd by virtue of dead battery caused by their device Supervisor argues with me telling me that you get a notification of 5 days before lockout alright big dawg if i have 23 apples and i give Luke 19 apples how many do i have hm 4 IT HASN T EVEN BEEN 5 DAYS HOW THE HELL ARE YOU GONNA TELL ME IM LYING WHEN 5 DAYS HASN T EVEN ELAPSED joke joke joke joke of a company

Please read and share I was supposed to have my interlock out
I was supposed to have my interlock out in may Of course it violated me a month before for 03 Then it started 2 minutes later My wife is a teetotaler and don t drink at all I said she blew a 06 and was 000 2 minutes later The hearings examiner has dismissed and found us not at fault either time I think there should be a way to take them to small claims court and sue for lost wages mental anguish and harassment I have to meet in Portsmouth to get mine calibrated at the liquor store of all places And have had my machine taken out and replace one time and now I have to again this month due to malfunction I have been on three different occasions lately where I had to takeoff work and got all the way to Portsmouth and they were not able to recalibrate it I was told to come back next Thursday which made me late and have to pay a late fee This has happened three times now How convenient for roadguard Dreager I hear now the tech says they are bought out by smart start It seems to me the state of New Hampshire as well as other state s reps need to investigate and see if the source code is set to fail before its time to talks it out I am going to take this as far as I have to go legally I cannot get my hands on the contract I signed because the technician quit I have had mine over a year and months It was only supposed to be a year It malfunctions once a month very close to time to get it downloaded and out of my car I am sober 6 years now I have done my time This is becoming increasingly clear it s never meant to come out Who stands to benefit by me paying 150 a month and how racy would it be to make a violation happen The technician is paid and the company is paid Why would they want this to end

I have been trying to get my interlock out since November now in January I ring for appointments no available spots I missed one appointment due to unforeseen circumstances Every time I ring I get different information about costs I finally demand an email with confirmation of cost When speaking with this company always demand it in email I will never use this company again

Graeger should not hold an interlock licence
The Auto electrician failed to install the device correctly so that it repeatedly malfunctioned We were not aware of this until after our first download were a number of violations were recorded At our own expense the car had to be returned to remedy this but ignition problems contiued The stress and anxiety that this caused my wife was unjustified Draeger were contacted but refused to respond to our concerns It appears all of these interlock companies treat their customers with contempt Happy to take your money but keep their head in the sand when it comes to a problem Then there is the rort of making you continue to pay for the device when you no londer are required to have it fitted They remove it at their leisure and your expense This is an issue that you should take up with your local member of parliment and have these despicable companies held to account and made to conduct themselves in a proper manner They cause too much unnecessary pain and suffering

My interlock has distracted me while driving in some pretty hairy situations in the rain road works at intersections etc when it beeps its a distraction especially when driving bumper to bumper and you don t have somewhere to pull over to take the test you can t just stop in the middle of the road and take a test so you must drive one handed while blowing and then sucking a handheld device in the middle of peak hour traffic whats the difference between that and driving with your mobile phone in your hand It always feels the need to test my breath regularly as soon as I arrive home hesitantly I switch my key off after a long day only for my horn to blast my eardrums as well as everyone else around me It creates unnecessary stress for me and everyone around one day it just kept failing the test telling me to suck longer after I just gave it everything i had so i put my hand through my windscreen with the handset in my hand while i was driving 100km h 1 week from getting it removed and its going to cost me around 344 to get removed because of all the associated costs so if my period gets extended ill be paying more after that every time they need to download the information i spend at least 50 just on petrol getting there On a Friday that s all i want to do is get the heck out of the car relax but instead it feels the need to test me as i arrive home giving me one more thing to think about causing me to forget about my keys and then my key is left on for the whole weekend boom its Monday 530 start oh wait my batteries dead I got a violation cant get to work have to pay 50 bucks and take another day off to get it resolved once the device is removed I m turning my van into a chicken coupe so that I never have to give an arm or a leg to Draeger or any other organization profiting from peoples despair idk where you get your pricing from a breathalyzer you can get as cheap as 5 yet draeger interlock costs over 1000 I wish i decided to go without my license for 3 years instead because I wouldn t have this hatred towards who ever came up with this going to prison for a year would be a holiday compared to breaking your back in the sun working to pay for an interlock some overpaid so called intelligent people came up with this idea and its only going to take someone to lose their life for it to be abolished

I m so elated with the service I receive from Draeger The price is great Everything about them is great I use a service center in Lowell Massachusetts I pay less than other companies I certainly wish I didn t have to go through this But as I said I m very happy with my service and pricing Thank you Draeger Jake

I just had my device for a year
I just had my device for a year and just had it removed and I want to say a big thankyou to mark at the Smithfield location in Adelaide for everything he and there other gentleman there for the support they offered there friendlyness and positive attitude throughout my journey A massive lesson was learnt but you guys made it easier for me every month when I went in there Thanks guys
