Definitely wasn t entertainment
This was my first time playing an online casino for real money and I was very excited I joined and they offered me some bonus free play options and I choose 150 spins I deposited 25 00 with not too much trouble The 3 machines offered wouldn t load so I reached out to Customer service and told them the problem They told me try another browser which I already had and I told them so I decided to get my money and just not play a casino When I went to withdraw at the cashier is when I found out about the rollover rules and how I had already lost It said because I excepted a bonus promotion I would have to fulfill a certain amount of gambling to be able to withdraw I was really fast reading it and saw 60x and I also saw that slots count as 10 black jack 5 live play 0 Well that was stated no where obvious or made clear to me in any form before I selected the bonus I had no idea what it was As I got to playing I noticed that I kept having over 5000 rollover points owed and it just kept looking wrong Well it turns out 60x is really high amount on a bonus and so is the points I realized they wanted all of what I had one and my deposit and probably some more I went and researched it and my goodness I mean my word I can understand to a point but 60x over 5000 points is absolutely glutton and just wrong And if you accept another offer some more rollover piles on so I would say on the amount I deposited and the amount they wanted me to gamble there was no chance of winning I played some black jack it was really fun but it only counts 5 towards my rollover as do most of the table games I was extremely disappointed to say the least The slots they offer aren t good at all as far as the graphics go and what they do and how much they pay I only found one I thought I liked but I played it for an hour and it never did anything I thought it was a slit that had free spins and if you hit right it would let you pick cards for the jackpots Slots that do something other than spin mindlessly boring looking old and out of date colorless was what I was looking for Nope not at this casino Then I signed in to play my last 10 theirs they wanted me to verify with an email that had a copy of my driver s license power bill and credit card Nope now way uh uh When I finished I still owed 4989 65 in rollover points and 89 00 on the bonus I collected which was only 150 free spins Just wasn t a pleasant experience at all and my information didn t seem safe and I felt like they had stolen from me and wanted more Gambling is for entertainment and it can be a lot of fun People want to get away from stress and have some excitement be visually stimulated hear bells and whistles with dreams attached I just think if you want to offer some type of coupon or bonus there shouldn t be strings attached to the point of that customer not being able to pay it back or participate in what casino was supposed to be offering a chance to win And if someone changes their mind and don t want to play anymore they want to leave with their money that they haven t played with yet they should certainly be able to do so I didn t enjoy it at all it wasn t gambling or having fun it was being forced to play certain games to pay someone back for something you didn t borrow in app that didn t load properly glitched looked outdate and I only finished my money out and left with them want me to scan very personal data and send that to them for absolutely no reason

They try and con you out of your promos with fine print I did a deposit of 500 was supposed to get 1 500 a free play there was nowhere to select that promotion and there was no promo code to put in the first time I did it when I only deposited 100 it gave me my free play for 300 but then when I did it for the five I was supposed to get that 300 on my first three deposits and they tried to say that you couldn t have funds already in there and that you had to select the promotion and that they couldn t rectify it if the funds were not still in there basically just loophole around everything to screw me out of the 1 500 lost about 2 000 in less than a week on that site their payouts not good at all

Horrible These people are so damn rude its disgusting First I was told to send a utility bill and debit card I told them I don t have a utility bill So they said ok then a bank statement is fine So I sent all of that AND Then they said no to make it a PDF so that was a nightmare FINALLY got them into PDF then they keep saying they didn t receive them sent them like a million different photos and PDFs Then they said oh no you have to send the bank statement by using your phone camera OMG This is all for a withdrawal SERIOUSLY Oh and then I called them and they didn t answer in anyways professionally Like they where just sitting at home or running errands and I was BOTHERING them And proceeded to tell me everyone has a utility bill Ummm no I live with family right now and NOOOOOOO not everyone has a utility bill and also proceeded to tell me they didn t receive anything AGAIN for the idk how many times that was What DUMMYS There just sitting around doing jack ALL but scamming people most likely Hopefully this is seen and I m going to find out away to complain so many times until they get shut down Because this had literally been 14 hours out of my life I had to deal with them for a first time withdrawal Oh and idk where in the hell to delete my account DISGISTING PEOPLE And LAZY I m bringing my account down to zero and ill be getting a new bank card DO NOT TRUST THEM they are the worst I won t be playing overseas casinos again You SUCK DRAKE CASINO EMPLOYEES

SCAM DONT PLAY IF YOU WIN THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU OUT I signed up over the weekend and got lucky hit a jackpot and went well over my rollover required at signup to get the bonus rollover was 17k i requested a whithdraw and today they said it cant be processed and they actually took away my money they just gave me 200 because thats what my balance was before i broke the rule they said the rule betting more than 25 which i did on live casino after i met the rollover requirments i asked to speak to a supervisor but they wouldn t transfer and kept saying i broke the rule and they wouldnt send me the timestamp about it now they removed my money and just gave me 200 bonus Plain and simple when you win they won t pay you They will find any way not to SCAM
