Can t possibly get this letter

Had a text today Looks totally Bogus why do they need so many details to verify And if it s not fake what s the situation on data protection I ve blocked it so if I miss an appointment it s down to the NHS Although saying that I know at least twice in the last year letters that have supposedly been sent out have never arrived and other letters have arrived on the day of a deadline I already have to use the patient access and NHS appt to try and keep tack of the inept clowns

Had a Text advising me of letter appointment have tried numerous times to log in to drdoctor providing my surname date of birth and postcode it always says that it does not recognise the details either the system is rubbish or someone at the hospital has entered my details incorrectly Requested printed copy of the letter a week ago and I am still waiting for it to arrive It appears to me that somebody in the NHS has got a backhander for setting this third party nonsense up A simple letter by post like before would suffice and cause much less bother and frustration
