We would like to give a huge shoutout to Laura in the Cardiff branch who went above and beyond to help us find our dream hot tub Laura was very confident knowledgable and informative and she also made us feel very welcome It looks as though it s going to be a bit of an obstacle course to get our hot tub in the location we want in the garden but Laura has reassured us that there are multiple ways of doing this and someone in the operations team will do a home visit so that we can get it in in the easiest way possible John who is Laura s colleague was also friendly and approachable during our visits at the showroom He made our niece feel very special and happy thank you for entertaining her John From start to finish the whole process of purchasing our hot tub was a walk in the park We also dropped into the new Blue Whale Spa branch in Cardiff and there is no comparison between the two companies We are so glad we chose Dreamspas Thank you again Laura and John Aimee Rob
