Excellent help when I needed it

I was unsure of how to purchase and use clip art The instructions on the website were unclear to me as this was my first time doing this So I sent an email to the customer service part of the website and Tom Templeton responded very quickly with clear instructions in a friendly manner so I was able to purchase and use my clip art selection

Tom Templeman was so helpful I was a bit cranky because I didn t understand something but he smoothed it out quickly provided a great solution in minutes and was awfully nice about it too

I was very suspicious

I read all negative feedback here and I was a bit stressed I bought a subscription on Black Friday sale I downloaded a photos all extremely cheap compare to other pages I turned off auto-renew on payment management page no problem at all Obviously someone need to know English and read all the instructions which are coming for example you get a 2 buttons to choose one says cancel and second cancel renewal My card details still stayed on page so I wrote to them and asked them to remove my card details they answered next day and removed my payment profile People are complaining that they didn t know about different things the page is giving all information during the process they just didn t read it

Excellent pictures

Excellent pictures a solid selection a little behind some other sites but what really amazes me here are TIF pictures of excellent quality for large formats Excellent customer support If a larger selection of pictures meant a higher price I would be happy to pay

Only good experiences

I have been working with Dreamstime for about 14 years by now first as a contributor and in recent years both as a contributor and a user of both paid and free images I never had any bad experience such as mentioned in some other reviews On the contrary when I needed assistance it was promptly given prices are correct and the portfolio of images is wide

Lots of images I ve always been able to find what I need They are very responsive when I ve had questions I m an independent contractor so Dreamtime is an affordable option for me

Beautiful selections

I have been a customer for years I was looking for a unique design for a project I was working on and came across Dreamstime Ever since then I have been a loyal customer I love their selection of photos and illustrations I always find what I need for my design projects

I have been using this site for just under a year Never had an issue and love the photo quality My unused downloads rollover and I have never experience anything like that I left Shutterstock for this company Kudos

Advice Worked Perfectly

The advice from Mahai to clear the cache and cookies of my browsers worked perfectly to solve a problem with how Dreamstime was displaying on my computer in an unworkable way I was unable to figure it out on my own The response time was reasonable
