Dear Sirs
Dear Sirs unfortunately I have given this rating because my first experience with you has been very bad I bought with great illusion via internet the MotionCiser machine and I received it on May 29th and unfortunately it arrived defective with a dent and I have wanted to return it calling several times to the customer service to be informed how I should return the machine they always tell me that they will send me some labels and a form and so far they do not send me anything Please tell me what I should do because I need to have the machine back in good condition as soon as possible I am waiting for you to let me know something Cordially Sylvia Calderon

Customer service and database sets
Upon ordering the database o the site filled in an incorrect zipcode one letter off As it was automated no correction possible They used a database set from more than 12 yrs ago Then the DHL was so kind to return the package to sender bc of that Contacted Ho when DHL notified me but unfortunately there was so little they wanted to do Sorry Sir Just sit back and within 10 days the matter will be solved Probably And th n the package will be shipped again One is faster off canceling and ordering a new one except the return policy states that refund will be paid in 30 days Ergo conclusio update your frikking database with zipcodes and change policy bc frankly this sux big time

Disappointed with MotionCiser Return and Refund Process
I bought the Dr-Ho MotionCiser on the basis that you could try the product and if you are not happy with it you can return it and get your money back I bought one for my wife but unfortunately it was not compatible with her medical problems she is disabled so I requested a return Dr-Ho said on two separate occasions that they had arranged for DPD to collect it but they didn t turn up each time so in the end I returned it myself at great cost and received signature confirmation and photo confirmation it had been delivered to them ok As yet I still have to hear they received it ok and no refund has been given I am dreadfully disappointed as 199 is a lot of money for ourselves to pay We bought the MotionCiser on a trust basis with the promises Dr-Ho gave Would I buy again from this company - definitely NO

No they can t improve for they let me
No they can t improve for they let me down from start to finish with promises and lies They took my money and when the courier DHL managed to allow one of their employee to steal it they both sent me on a merry go round from one to the other After numerous calls and emails over a period of 2 weeks I realised they were making a fool out of me with the hope that I would eventually give-up but they were wrong After informing Dr Ho s that I now wanted a refund and that my bankers Nationwide had been informed of the situation the following day I received a statement from DR Ho s that my money will be refunded in full within 5 working days to which this never materialised While all of this was going on Nationwide had already raised a Visa Dispute with their bankers and had also refunded me the full amount owed to me After some 2 weeks today I received an email from Nationwide Visa Dispute team to say that they have managed to get the money refunded from Dr Ho s bankers and that this ends the Visa dispute I would encourage anyone in the same situation to raise a Visa Dispute with their bankers as I did In the case of Dr Ho s they had 2 choices the first was to send me a replacement for the item that was stolen by an employee of DHL the second was to refund me the money as they promised they would but instead chose to do neither and this is why I said they can t improve and I just wouldn t trust them or DHL to do the right thing By the way Dr Ho s are still advertising on GB News so be careful just don t

Dr ho Scam alert
I ve been onto Dr ho site but had no replies from the While looking at leg exerciser I asked there chap was there any money off coupons he said sorry no While in the process of buying it states add coupon here if no coupons why have this on there site Second point which I find really bad I bought item about 200 and looked into there invoice literature and found an amazon free gift voucher all you had to do was phone the number in and you would receive a free gift You had to pay for postage I had this looked into and was told it was a scam probably coming from china what I thought I would let dr ho know and he could stop sending them out and inform his customers to ignore it There site was just giving me the runaround If anybody gets cards beware

BE CAUTIOUS ON PURCHASING MOTIONCISER
We purchased a MotionCiser and it could not function as illustrated on the infomercial It will not move on a slow pace as shown that is the reason we purchased it We returned it AT OUR COST OF 90 Even though the product would not function as advertised Dr Hoe return policy would not pay for the cost even though the product would not meet our needs as advertised

Slightly misleading
While the vibrating massager feels good there are a couple of things I find annoying Firstly as the machine vibrates your feet tends to move forward so you need to constantly reposition your feet Secondly on the ad it seems to show the pads going back and forth as well as vibrating But when I used the product it only vibrates There are other vibrating machines that do the same thing but much cheaper
