I placed an order in December for a tracksuit It was meant to be a gift for my grandson for Christmas I received confirmation that my order had been received however it has still not been shipped The order was made 15 12 2024 almost a month ago I have tried to get in touch with the company via email on two separate occasions but have not had a response I worry now that I have been scammed Furthermore I am 95 down and my grandson is still without his Christmas present

Still no refund
So after my last review they messaged me to say they will sort refund then asked me to get my bank to check as they think they ve sent it bank already investigating as no refund received they said they promise they will sort refund if I remove my review on here I have asked them to send me proof they have refunded but again now no communication My bank are also waiting for contact Do not trust them
