My delivery due Tuesday between 17h and 19h never arrived and when I called I was given the total run around They told me it would take 3 to 5 days to action a refund which is completely unacceptable I am now without groceries and without the money to buy any elsewhere

Several meat products missing and replaced by expiring produce
Received several meat products that were replaced with the products I originally ordered Despite me choosing the option not to have missing items replaced I still received these items These meat products had an expiration date of 2 days after they were delivered Absolutely unacceptable The delivered items were provided from the Borsbeek Hypermarket location I make minimum 2 delivery orders per month I don t know why after 5 years of consistent great deliveries from a local Hypermarket I received a mediocre delivery from a location almost 50km away So upset and disappointed What a waste of money
