This was the best car rental experience

This was the best car rental experience I have ever had It was so convenient to be met at the arrivals exit immediately get in the car without a walk or shuttle ride and be able to drive off in minutes The check in process was thorough but very fast Then returning was even easier - right at the departure gate The car we received was in impeccable condition It was greatly appreciated to have one less headache when travelling abroad I highly recommend Drive365 and will use again myself on future trips

Excellent Experience with Drive365 Car rental I recently rented a car from Drive365 and I couldn t be happier with the experience From start to finish everything was seamless and convenient Firstly the booking process was a breeze The options available were diverse catering to different preferences and budgets Upon arrival to pick up the car the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient They made sure all the paperwork was in order and answered any questions I had The car itself was in pristine condition clean inside and out and ran smoothly throughout the duration of my rental Returning the car was just as easy as picking it up The staff was prompt in inspecting the vehicle and processing the return allowing me to get on with my day without any hassle Overall my experience with Drive365 Car Rental was excellent Their professionalism attention to detail and top-notch customer service exceeded my expectations I will definitely be choosing them for all my future car rental needs in Crete and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable rental service Thank you for a fantastic experience

It was an awful experience

It was an awful experience It was hard to find the agent because there is not an fysical office We booked a babysit but it wasnt there The agent was looking for a babysit while we were waiting with the baby in the rain He didn t find a safe and suitable babysit so we couldnt drive with our baby The car was not the car we booked but a similar car but this wasn t similar because it was a smaller car The agent got irritated and left us with our baby at the road in the rain and left It feels unhuman and horrible to be left behind with a young child on your start of the vacation Never again and please don t book with drive365

SCAM COMPANY I paid for extra insurance when booking to avoid the 1400euro deposit Upon pick up I was then made to pay another 150 for more insurance if i didnt want them holding 1400 on a credit card I arrived very late at night the car only had a quarter tank of fuel and i was travelling an hour and half away which then resulted in me not having enough fuel to make it to the fuel station in the morning as it was 19km away I contacted them for help with breakdown service as I had paid for insurance x2 and they told me it is not covered and to walk to the fuel station which is impossible 8 hour round trip on foot in 38degree heat When I returned the car they pointed out small damage on the tyres and that it was damage caused by me but couldn t produce the photos from pick up and it wasnt covered on the 2 lots of insurance I had paid for acted like they didnt know about the insurance I had taken out they had no paperwork with them at all and they failed to send me a copy of the documents when collecting the car Im just grateful I didnt leave the deposit as they would of taken all of it

Very bad experience - no car upon arrival

Very bad experience with drive365 at Heraklion Airport Crete Our flight was delayed and we could not contact the rental company because we were allready on the plane So no car upon arrival and a very unfriendly man telling us our car was gone I had given my flightnumber when I made the reservation so if they wanted they could have checked I lost 58 reservation cost because of this That wasn t a nice start of our holidays

SCAM SCAM SCAM - DON T RENT THIS AGENCY EVER

I don t know where to start with complaints regarding this unprofessional agency I made a reservation a month ago and made the pre-payment of the small amount as it was defined and got the confirmation from the rental agency Within the confirmation it was defined the meet-up time and place and even mentioned to be there on time so they don t wait for us So we were there even earlier and waited for 30 min and nobody came So I asked one of the reps from the other agency to call them and check what was going on She called them and said they would call me back They called and told me there was no car for me they were sorry that it was only a reservation via Discover Cars and they could find maybe a car from another agency but of course I would be overcharged for the price of that other car Of course I was furious and started complaining immediately by requesting a car and mentioning that I would not pay more than it was agreed in the confirmation Then one of their reps came and told me they had a car for me but it was a minivan I accepted at the end because I was hopeless been there for 2 hours listening to them how they were sorry and there was no car for me I took the minivan luckily I stayed at Kissamos where there was enough space to park but I am wondering what would happen if I stayed at Chania where you don t have space to park even a bike TO SUM UP - If you want to waste one of your vacation days rent from this agency - The questions that pop up Why does the reservation exist if they could tell you they don t have your car What does the confirmation mean in that case Who is controlling this kind of agency Why has nobody informed me before that they don t have my car Why did they leave me to wait 30 minutes and God knows how long if I didn t make a call Alert On their site it refers to up to 30 days to return the deposit but in real life they claim 30 business days When I asked why there was a discrepancy between the site and what they claimed I never received an answer SCAM SCAM SCAM

Avoid renting a car from this company

Avoid renting a car from this company They charged us for damages caused by previous renters and added hidden fees The insurance they offer is completely worthless We also had to wait 45 minutes to pick up the car and they blamed us for the flight delay This is a scam

Avoid this car rental company

One of the worst car rental I ever tried We had to pay a fine of 40eur just because we arrived after 10pm due to the delay of our flight so we couldn t avoid that Plus at arrival they didn t want to give me the car I ve chosen but they wanted to give me another one pretending it was the same category Awful service
