Reliability issue
Bought the auto fold scooter in July and it broke in the first week and left me stranded Replacement scooter sent out but not in time for my summer holiday so that was rather ruined Replacement scooter the charger port failed within 4 months Folding mechanism also operates by itself and this is dangerous Bought scooter online through Easy Living Mobility although they have a shop I cannot take it back there but have to pay to send it back to their central office and the expense of this is at my cost and it s not cheap So this is not a cheap scooter so I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere for a more reliable scooter As a disabled person you need something that is very reliable- so this is not that product Now turning to trading standards as this product does meet the requirements of Consumer regulations

Poor customer service
I purchased a chair side table for my husband who is on Hospice care We really needed this table It was missing a critical screw and customer service was not helpful If you call the company for help the answering machine tells you to go to their website and then hangs up on you I went to their online chat and was told the screw would be mailed to me in 3 to 5 business days I begged for overnight delivery They refused I was told that they would send me an email telling me the specs of the missing screw so I could buy one locally It never happened Now I have a very ill husband and a huge partially assembled chair side table in my dining room that I have to disassemble and mail back to Amazon

Faulty armchair
I purchased a rise and recline armchair just over 6 months ago The arm of the chair has started splitting The chair cost me 1800 and they are trying their best to try and get out of the warranty accusing me of using cleaning chemicals on it Looking like I m going to be having a legal fight with them Avoid this company at all costs

Didn t receive the extended legs restReviewed Size 18 InchStyle Elevating Leg RestsI mailed Drive right away Customer service was not very helpful with a shattered ankle They don t take responsibility I urgently need a solution But if you look at all the bad reviews of this product it is scandalous that they still sell this wheelchair after all Unsafe not to be trusted that Company Drive Medical

Ultrafold scooter battery intermittent failed 4 months old Devilbiss will not deal with me and the dealership who said they would replace the battery pack has now refused to I am now having to go to trading standards and the small claims court

Shame on us for purchasing a product
Shame on us for purchasing a product from this company without checking the reviews We bought a simple overbed table which arrived via mail The instructions were brutal They don t tell you what tools are required and the instructions themselves are tiny and difficult to discern After seeing the other reviews I d be amazed if they re n business much longer so any warrenty will just be as useless as their instructions Very disappointed

wheelchair 2 years old made redundant by a missing spring
a wheelchair purchased two years ago is missing a small spring in the leg rest release A spring And Drive medical wants me to either buy a whole new set of wheelchair legs or a whole new chair The part costs 37 00 but now Drive medical is saying the part is no longer available They sent me a list of parts providers of which none have the part and all are only willing to sell me a new wheelchair

I used to work for them A terrible experience Many people working there are their own bosses therefore everyone gives you a different response You are a number You are blamed for someone s else responsibility and accused of things you do not do I would stay away You are not respected and are constantly stabbed in the back and lied about
