I urge people people to take note and do not use JRBK TRADING LTD driven2automotive I Purchased goods via eBay Nothing turned up with in the dates specified or even days after I have sent numerous emails to them no reply I found a mobile telephone number for them and have rung that over 60 times in 3 days at all times of the working day each time it says they are busy this I find hard to believe I cannot at least get through once I now have a case open within eBay and they are ignoring that

BEWARE DEALING WITH DRIVEN2AUTOMOTIVE Bought an alternator on eBay was to be delivered next day delivery item costs 219 GBP Part did not show up tried contacting them numeros times unsuccessful till I threatened negative feedback They respond it was sent Royal Mail unrecorded delivery if you do not get the alternator in the next few days they will send another and make a claim against R M They would expect me to believe they sent a item costing 219 GBP unrecorded They were lying nothing was sent I asked to cancel and to give me a refund ignored my messages and send the alternator after 12 days My office staff not knowing accepted the package I opened a return request on ebay as they where not responding and sent the Item back recorded delivery Ten days later they still refuse to acknowledge they got the item after tracking showing delivered Had to ask eBay to step in and settle the matter got a refund through eBay Registered under the name JRBK TRADING LTD

Ordered some spark plugs
Ordered some spark plugs I specified and paied extra for fedex international priority shipping because of customs to denmark I have an account with fedex so i dont have to pay for the custom handling The first day it was described as shipped 2 days later i received a notice from a shipping company not fedex that they have received shipping papers so they will pick up the box now So now i received an invoice of 33 From the regular post office that i need to pay for handling and custom charges That was the reason i paid for fedex shipping to awoid this A bad company they dont answer you back when you write them I hope they will close there company if this is how they deal with there costumers

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service Advertised items are wrong they don t fit the vehicle they say it does After numerous unanswered emails from their customer service I am now stuck with a 65 item I have no use for and cannot return Highly suggest to stay away from this company and wouldn t recommend them to anyone

Will say can return an item then just steal your money
Once again another bad review This company finally replied to my emails but I was told to send my item back and I would be refunded I sent the item a week ago from the post office Paid 9 for tracking and them to receive it next day what a surprise no replies from the company now So they have sold me an item that is advertised incorrectly and now I ve sent it back they will not reply or refund me Honestly it s an utter disgrace and really unsure how they are still trading Nothing but bad reviews for this company I can now see why from my own experience

Purchased some bulbs costing 81Returned via next day delivery with proof Sarah promised to send the correct ones as a priority now they won t reply to my emails won t give a refund or even send the correct bulbs out Please don t lose your money with these cowboys If only I had read the reviews first EBay PayPal are stepping in to resolve
