Don t expect to get your deposit back

I booked a low-cost rental for a 48-hour trip from Varna through Booking com with a company called Drive Rent A Car I returned the car exactly on time and in perfect condition even being asked if I had washed it However two days later I noticed that instead of refunding my deposit the company charged it a practice I found suspicious I disputed the charge and my bank temporarily credited the amount while investigating After 46 days the bank reversed the credit requesting more information Realizing that pursuing the dispute would be more costly in time and effort I paid the 300 00 327 charge and dropped the case Later I discovered reviews from others who had similar experiences with the company retaining deposits turning my 150 00 rental into a 450 00 expense Warning Avoid doing business with Drive Rent A Car as they appear to exploit tourists by retaining deposits

Stolen deposit

Just like many other victims i too have had my 260 deposit stolen by Driverentacar After continuous emails for four months and promises of my deposit back with so many excuses that they re struggling with the bank to refund deposit i have now been ignored DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM
