Placed an order with the understanding that order would be within 1 to 2 weeks four weeks later over 10 requests for response chat page on website does not work and no option to leave a review on their page I finally have received responses 1 to tell me they are changing their email system 1 to tell me goods will be despatched 1 to tell me goods despatched and 1 to ask me to change my review on Trustpilot I have done this but I wouldn t use them again as their contact protocols are not good

Massive Scammers and Fake Reviews I ordered my 3 Dash Cams front and back for 2024 Christmas presents on 02 12 24 and spent close to 900 as the dashcamguide com website dashcamguide com au claimed Drivevision was the number 1 dash cam in Australia This website is part of the scam They had a link to the Drivevision website I placed an order and when I questioned Drivevision where my order was after a week of not hearing anything and have since been repeatedly told by their Customer Support Team Members via email that they will be shipped within a week then again the next week and again the next week and it has been continual for over 4 weeks now As of today 05 01 25 it s now going onto 5 weeks and still nothing has been shipped My last communication from them claimed when I placed my order the website stated they were out of stock but that was not the case as I took screenshots of when I placed the order so I had documentation of the order Seems to be a means they use of putting it back onto people by saying you knew there was no stock when you placed the order which is why it is delayed I believe they use this as a ploy to keep you waiting so you don t put a stop on your payment until it is too late and the credit card company or bank can t get the money back I was sent an electronic receipt when I first placed my order but it does not have an Australian Business Number ABN which under Australian Law must contain an ABN as per the ACCC website There is an ABN on the Drivevision website under their Terms of Service section at the bottom ABN 55 676 978 260 On ABN Lookup the company Name is DIRHAM PTY LTD It s only been active from April 2024 The main business location of the company is in NSW postcode 2010 Surrey Hills Drivevision claims to be a Brisbane based company The Drivevision website has reviews going back to July 2023 Before it was even registered as a Business All the reviews on Drivevision website are fakes 4 5 stars No one has anything bad to say about them Drivevision is also linked to Body Cloud Same website setup Same ABN They are another Scammer Drivevision has stopped responding to my emails and no products have been shipped I have asked for a refund and surprise surprise no response I am going to report them to Scam Watch and contact ASIC and report to them that the ABN is part of a scam Also bad reviews on Reddit Drivevision is a Scam Website Do not buy from them Save yourself the wasted money time and angst and go elsewhere

DriveVision Dash Cam slow delivery

Be cautious about ordering a dash cam from DriveVision I ordered and paid for a front dash cam plus a rear dash cam option and a Micro SD Card option on 1 Dec 2024 It is now 22 Dec and on enquiring twice to DriveVision I have been advised today that product supply is due in at DriveVision and my order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks I will continue to post on success with delivery or failure to deliver UPDATE 10 Jan 25 I asked for cancellation refund on 2 Jan 2025 Despite two emails I received no response AND THEN the Dash Cam package was delivered 40 days after I ordered it I have not opened the mail package and have requested a refund along with commencement of the return process in accordance with the vendor s website process

Customer service team not responding to emails and attempts to contact them Placed an order that said order would despatch before 31 12 am still waiting have tried countless times to contact them with no luck

Drivevision Scam

I ordered 3 dash cams before Christmas the same as the other reviewer and haven t received them and haven t heard from DriveVision Their website DIDN T say out of stock Don t buy anything from them I m just lucky my bank refunded the charge but I had to cancel my card I ll definitely be contacting Scam Watch to report them

Scam company do not buy from these cockroaches I have had same experience as everyone else fully paid order and no product sent Emails were replied previously but that has now stopped update commbank are treating this company as a definite scam and have refunded my purchase in full I have since received an email from drivevision saying my order has now been sent but it definitely has not Definitely a scam company hopefully they get shut down
