Each person at every step in the process was great This was my first time buying a car online And there was actually some damage that was not disclosed that we found on final inspection Driveway covered the cost to get it fixed which is the true test of their accountability

I traded my Truck and got a Explorer with Driveway Things have gone good I did have a brief issue with my tag which I believe to have been a DMV delay I was able to contact Driveline who was the most kind and understanding lady I may have ever worked with I think her name was Sara This was a game changer She was on it within minutes I was so blown away by the customer service response Thank You Byron Loveless

Contact was made because we were missing our 2nd key Lydia got right on it found the key and had it sent to us She was very frienly and helpful The key was sent UPS and she provided a tracking number We are extremely happy with the service

Horrible and Harsh experience buying Car from driveway comRecently on 15th Aug 2023 I bought a nissan rougue car from driveway com and car get delivered on time from California to Tennessee but I didn t get temporary tag from driveway com Also Tennessee is not providing temp tag and I get stuck because without tag I can not drive car I contacted many times for permanent tag registration to driveway but last 15 days hearing back one statement our dmv team preparing docs No proper help worst support No worth of buying car from driveway Resolved issue Thanks Driveway Team
