Shocking company

Shocking company Total fraud Be careful they have special term they don t inform you of 600 dirham if car is not cleaned from the inside Also they take down the security deposit as payment instead of holding payment which you need to pay interest for They then keep it further for another 1 month after returning the car instead returning it immediately like any other rental in Dubai Stay away horrible treatment of customer

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE RUN AWAY

If you are thinking what can i do if they don t return my DEPOSIT NOTHING They will show you random salik tolls They will try to give you random fines You will call them talk to them they will say okay no problem and 1 day later you have to explain everything to another guy like nothing happened I am strongly disappointed with the service We changed our car for 4 times because they sent the wrong car or the car they sent broke down Just go with the proper rental companies This company is a joke 7 MONTHS I AM TRYING TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK EVERYTIME THEY ARE ADDING SOMETHING ELSE TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY DEPOSIT RUN AWAY

You will not get the car you requested

The car I requested was not available I was given a shoddy replacement and told it is the same quality I said I wanted the car I asked for or something similar the drivers response was to give me a car even worse but he said the spec was better and I am lucky He clearly thought I was an idiot and would accept his expert opinion I later asked for a refund because the car I had vs the car I paid for had a sizeable difference It was at this point that my initial request miraculously appeared later that evening Very dishonest and overall it was a bad experience

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs I purchased the MAX Insurance option as advised Car got scratched by third party whilst parked Drivus demanded over 1000 Dirhams stating the MAX insurance does not cover this unless I had a police report As I began to get a police report they told me that they would not accept the police report and that they would charge my credit card for damages Complained to company who advised that someone will be in touch to resolve the issue 6 months later nothing Also car seat requested for 4 month child Car seat provided for 5 year old child Try a more reputable established company

FRAUD

FRAUD They are a total SCAM I security deposited 1000 Dirhams for the car Firstly the car i booked was not this one this was an SUV i booked a JEEP After driving 7 days i handed over the keys to the guy and asked for my security deposit They said it will be automatically credited to your account after 30 Days I was back in my country after 30 days i contacted with them for the security deposit and they said we have credited the amount in your bank but i never received this amount After trying multiple times called multiple offices they all said the same but i never received my security deposit DONT BOOK ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

Having visited Dubai multiple times

Having visited Dubai multiple times I came across Drivus While their prices were reasonable unfortunately they provided me with an old and poorly maintained MG car I won t be visiting again and would not recommend Drivus to anyone

Stalling instead of keeping promises

Renting the car was fine The regulation of a dammage was not ok at all We had to pay 4000 MAD beeing promised to get the bill when returning the car We didnt t get any then or later So we don t have any proof of the correct amount and no possibility to get the money from our insurance
