Great customer service

First this software does what I need - convert from AAX to MP3 files Second and this is very rare- great customer service I needed to uninstall on an old computer and reinstall on a new one and they helped me

DRmare s customer service is exceptional

I purchased the DRmare Spotify Converter program some time ago and have not had any problems until recently After a Windows 10 update the program seemed to be un-registered When I put the registration info in again it wouldn t register I contacted the company by email and explained the problem The customer support was exceptional We exchanged emails several times with customer service trying different fixes to get the program registered for me We finally found a fix This is a very good program and DRmare s customer service is exceptional

program is working as advertised cutomer support is quck and helpfull even after one year after purchase they where very quick on solving my problem

Contacted the Support section for help with a problem They responded within twenty four hours and their solution worked Can t ask for more than that

I m impressed

I m a long time user of DRMare products They re great products They work as claimed Their customer service is great as well I browsed through some other reviews that said scammers and this just isn t true The software works and when I ve had an issue with billing they respond to it and fixed it I ve asked them before to transfer my license to another computer and they ve always done it In fact getting refunds or handling billing is easier with DRMare than the Apple App Store where they have no customer service and no path to get a refund Just my experience If you re looking to know if this company has products that work and fair customer service to handling billing issues from my experience yeah Absolutely 5 stars

powerful yet simple to use software

powerful yet simple to use software and the customer service is amazing Would highly recommend DRmare After trying a few other programs and having not so good results I was amazed how DRmare just works so well

I purchased the product and while I initially had a problem installing on my mac I got a response within a day from Customer Support with the resolution Thank you The DRmare Audio Converter for Mac works well is simple to use and the support is fast and efficient
