I ordered online from qatar The shipped by aramex The laperva BCAA was damaged Not sure whether it was damaged in the shipping or they just dispatched a damaged product The seal was opened and the contents spilled all over I have the unboxing video and photo They force me to send the damaged product back to them and only then they give me a new one Now i have to spend my money again to ship and customs clearance and taxes Very unprofessional customer service and these guys are a scam Dont buy anything from here

Online Shopping Nightmare

One of the worst online shopping experiences I ever had in my entire life I placed an order on their website on 11 50 PM Sat The information on the order details page was confirming the fact the order would be delivered in 3 to 5 days which was extremely suitable as i was going on a trip in 5 days and I needed these products before I depart 3 days later Thursday and the shipping company did not even receive the package from their store It took them over 3 days to hand over the order to the shipping company In an era where online orders are being delivered within 24 hours It took them over 3 days just to internally process my order If you ever try to contact their customer support via chat then you are in for a ride They are extremely rude and repulsive and they would end up providing you with zero helpful information regarding the situation you are inquiring about Dr Nutrition management needs to reevaluate their business model and fix these issues I know for a fact I would never do business with them again

Fake Products Mixed Products by Dr Nutrition

This incident happened month of April 2024 I am telling you guys do not buy from Dr Nutrition They selling completely fake products What I experience is I have ordered Redcon1 Total War Blue Lemonade recently I am always using Total War and I am well aware about there products So which I ordered recently it s FAKE The flavor different scoop size different the power color is rose So I tasted bit and in that same moment I realized this is Bodybuilder pre workout which is promoting by Dr Nutrition Because long back ago I have tried that pre workout and that flavor and taste I remember very well So next point is regarding this I called them and informed When I told to the customer service that guy was told me to send by WhatsApp and he can not do anything Then I have WhatsApp it with photos and videos They respond is we will inform our specialized department ang get back to you But so far never contacted me I have all the evidence and I am willing to provide anyone DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ANY NUTRITIONAL PRODUCTS PRODUCTS ARE FAKE AND AFTER SALES SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THEY DON T CARE AT ALL

Horrible Came with no instructions So I email them asking questions and it s been 2 weeks with no reply Definitely feel as though I ve been ripped off The fact they can even sell cleansing items with no instructions is ridiculous Thanks for nothing DR Not nutritious

Horrible horrible experience My order was delivered late they sent me pills that expire in one month and after paying for DHL shipping 3 5KD they then asked me to pay an additional 3KD to get the ordered delivered My order was 7KD

Dr Nutrition is supposed to be one of the trusted companies when it comes to supplements but guess what they also sell fake proteins Guys be very careful when you buy from them and select your products yourself

FAKE PRODUCTS

BEWARE They sell fake products I bought a Muscletech product and when I went to the Muscletech verify app I found out that the protein I got from them did not have neither the hologram nor the QR code that guarantees that the product is authentic This is against their customers health and they should be banned for not checking their products are legit I got it from Amazon ae Seller was Dr Nutrition LCC Thanks to the Amazon Customer Care I got it refunded but I requested a full investigation on this matter to prevent others to drink something that could potentially harm their health
