Easy replacement of faulty device

Returned a retro emulation handheld with a hardware fault Even though it d been several months since I first bought it and noticed the fault Droix arranged a free return and quickly shipped a replacement once they d received and checked it They gave specific and detailed instructions on what to send and how to safely package my faulty device with a video if necessary They promptly and politely answered any questions I had in the meantime and checked over the replacement before sending it to make sure it didn t have the same fault They even replaced the SD card in the new device with the SD card that had been in the faulty device in case I had games saves on there that I wanted to keep I was a bit confused about the shipping label instructions so ended up trying to squash two address labels onto one tiny package But everything seemed to get to them fine so not really a big problem I didn t know that I was buying from Droix until I needed to return it as I d originally ordered through another storefront Would definitely consider using them in future especially if it s something where I want to feel confident that any problems will be dealt with quickly and easily
