I was unable to access my local GP for
I was unable to access my local GP for 4 days and needed an urgent appointment This platform was a life saver I was able to book an appointment and be seen within 15 minutes online Dr Winiger was extremely understanding helpful I was able to get a prescription within an hour I cant thank this service enough and will recommend to anyone struggling to access the NHS

Emergency appt
Travelling on holidays and couldn t get a GP appointment for a horrible sore throat I was so glad to be see within an hour online late on a Friday afternoon and prescription sent straight away to the local pharmacy Doctor was lovely listened well empathetic and professional Thanks so much

Was concerned to use an online system to see a gp but it was a smooth process and was in luck to get an appt within half an hour Aside from WiFi issues and flickering screen I m hard of hearing and rely on lip syncing a lot the dr was brilliant and very professional Really simple system to use via the smartphone Great experience over all

Excellent service I was able to book an appointment for a time convenient to me and see the doctor the same day He asked everything you would expect a GP to ask As soon as the consultation finished I was sent a prescription code It was worth every penny to be seen so quickly and at the weekend Thank you

Dr Uchenna Mkpadi was extremely polite and professional My father doesn t speak English so I had to translate during the consultation Dr Mkpadi was very patient and professional My father is 75 and the doctor listened carefully to the long list of medications he is taking to ensure he was providing the correct prescription My father felt so relieved after the consultation

Was able to connect with a doctor within the hour of booking my appoint in the comfort of my own home The doctor asked questions looked at my wound closely and prescribed antibiotics needed within minutes Would use again and highly recommend
