Had some issues with warped spacebars but after reaching out they are sending me new sets and I don t even need to send the old sets back Fantastic customer support and got sorted out very quickly I m very happy with the outcome and will definitely be buying more stuff from them Thanks Haley

Seriously Good Customer Service

It seems like a lot of people have had issues with Drop My first and only experience was relatively positive though I ordered some GMK keycaps and they arrived quickly and well packaged All of them were great except the space bar had a very small scuff on it I contacted their support and they reached back the very next morning offering a few different ways to resolve my problem I decided to get a partial refund Which more than covered the cost of buying a new bars kit from their website to replace the scuffed one The time between me sending my choice and the reply back this time was 9 MINUTES 100 Hassle free seriously good customer service in my experience Which isn t very abundant nowadays Happy customer

Drop is the best place to start when looking for keyboards

I have bought several keyboard kits and a couple have run into issues over the years My latest is a preonic that I LOVE but it was obviously starting to fail I checked in with support and told them what was happening They decided to cover the issue and send me a pcb so I could get it going again I did not want to use one of my older offset keyboards if I could help it so being able to make mine usable again is awesome I have had overwhelmingly good experiences with drop and tell folks about it often
