DO NOT BUY WASTE OF YOUR MONEY
I have gone through TWO Droplettes now Do NOT purchase this They both quit working within a couple weeks to a couple months after purchasing They also pay and moderate for their reviews on their site Do not trust this company For what they are charging these things should last a few years at least Edit I had 2 more I bought on sale because they were discontinuing the colors Guess what The first one doesn t mist from the get go I have wasted at LEAST an entire 28 pack of pods which I m sure they re also not willing to replace

I m on my 6th device in a year
UPDATED DO NO BOTHER TO REPLY IF THE COMPANY REACHES OUT TO AS YOU SEE BELOW FOR A REPLACEMENT THEY WILL HAVE YOU DO ALL THE SAMLE STEPS AND SAY NOTHING IS WRONG DO NOT BUY I purchased in May 2022 I used a handful of times every time it leaked all over and sometimes it would not produce a mist cleaned it as instructed operated as instructed I contacted the company to ask for a replacement as this had to be a bad unit well after 6 emails back and forth and 3 videos sent at their request no option to replace they claim it is how I am holding it lol or that they actually make the capsules to operate with extra leaking out I mean really lol just stick to good serums or creams and facials as you will get no help and your warranty is a joke

I d rather have a Pap smear than deal with droplette again
I m on my 6th device in a year They tell you they ll send you a new one but they don t It s a used one from someone else that they know doesn t work DO NOT BUY You ll be stuck in the subscription with so many capsules left over because your machine only works for a couple weeks But their billing system doesn t skip a beat

Horrible Customer Service
Wow I am shocked at how TERRIBLE droplettes customer service is The product is great the device defective af I ve replaced mine 4 times and the customer service atrocious ineffective and passive aggressive In February 2023 while traveling in Asia my device stopped working I contacted droplette to ask them to mail me a new one and that I would pay for shipping They denied my request Fine My sister was traveling to meet me in a few weeks I asked them to send it to her in CA they agreed to Then a few days later I get a tracking number with the address in NYC where I LIVE I told them that was wrong The rep Jessica apologized and promised to fix the issue I didn t hear anything for days Then I reached out after complete silence on droplettes part they sent me a tracking number that showed it would be received the day after she was leaving I contacted droplet again and they responded with you should have told us her departure date in the beginning to avoid the issue I told you 2 WEEKS in advance there wasn t a reason to mention the date The replacement device would have arrived on time if they had been diligent to begin with I asked them to send the device to abroad They refused even though THEY caused the issue BOTH times Flash forward to MAY 2023 I reach out to droplet to ask for a replacement device I asked them to upgrade me to the new droplet 2 device because of all the issues they caused They refused and offered 14 capsules WHAT Droplette caused a 3 MONTH delay and has the nerve to offer a week supply of collagen you use 2 capsules a day morning and night The audacity I insisted on the new device they said no Fine I asked for a something other than collagen because I have a reserve of several months I get an email this morning saying Liz Droplette May 14 2023 11 40 EDTHi Mel Thanks for your reply I see that your replacement device has already been delivered to this address in February I ve placed an order for you to receive a complimentary tranexamic eraser mini pack Please let us know if there s anything else we can help with Warmly Liz Team Droplette The device sat in the lobby of my apartment for 3 months It was gone when I came back droplette knew this and pulled this passive aggressive bs because they don t like being held accountable for their faulty devices and garbage customer service DO NOT BOTHER SAVE YOUR MONEY ON A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND RETENTION dropette IS RUN BY TRASH PEOPLE

Here is a True Test of Retinol Renewer
I was on a shipping schedule for my droplette and canceled it because I had soooo many capsules I recently had to move residence suddenly and cannot locate a cleaning capsule for the life of me Spouse probably chucked them not knowing what they were DROPLETTE They WILL NOT I repeat WILL NOT send a cleaning capsule without my forking out another 80 or so by purchasing MORE CAPSULES So I am not so irresponsible as to use a dirty or contaminated device but Droplette seems happy with customers getting a nice skin infection and make my device a 200 dollar paperweight for A CAPSULE that probably costs them pennies I m truly blown away by their poor customer-care stratedgy here because the money is in all the repeat sales They re not going to get it by condoning and participating in contaminated devices Jeesh Dumb

Fraudulent charges for subscription I didn t authorize
The collagen does nothing except make the skin greasy The retinol doesn t do more for the skin wrinkles or texture then the RETIN-A cream 0 025 manufactured by Bausch Spraying with this unit is extremely inconvenient at night before bed It is so much easier using a tube The concept of Droplette going deeper in the skin is why I purchased it but I have serious doubt this this is true based upon my experience with this product The company requires your credit card on file and you to schedule when you want the next refill You are obligated to do this I have had a problem with this system and had to reply each time to delay the shipment for a month or two months They ignored a response not to send a shipment for two months and I ended up getting a shipment prepaid with my card that I told them not to send They refused to credit me and claimed they sent me many messages It is a terrible system and I told them not to use my credit card again They have you on a hook I don t recommend this company Their Retin-A is not exceptional - claiming it penetrates the skin more then the Retin-A mentioned above is bogus

Droplette did nothing for my skin
Thanks to Droplette I now have an unauthorized charge posted to an old credit card that expired years ago I used their products in 2021 until I realized that their hyped up device was doing nothing for me except emptying my bank account and I cancelled my subscription It is now 2025 almost 4 years after I cancelled whatever subscription I had with Droplette and suddenly I get an email that my old card has been charged for an order and I see a new subscription on their website that I did not open or authorize plus another subscription that I also had nothing to do with that will ship next month No way to cancel this new order or reach Droplette when they sent the email for the new order subscription around midnight on a Saturday The charge has somehow gone to my current credit card which they don t have but it s with the same bank as the old card Not sure if this is fraud on their part or a faulty system that charges old customers without their consent but this is bad either way and will get the attention of my bank s fraud team as soon as they open There is no way to delete my old card from Droplette s website which I m pretty sure is a violation of the applicable data privacy law so I will be reporting them to my state s attorney general as well
