Terrible experience with this company Advertised free gift non existent Package didn t arrive Had to contact my bank to get my money back DO NOT TRUST

Received used facial scrubber product

I bought for my wife the Dr Pen Femvy Ultrasound 3-In-1 Facial Scrubber when received I notice the box was opened I thought strange as a Facial Scrubber you expect it to be sealed for health reasons specially post Covid time Anyway the box outside and inside was dirty and the metal part on the facial scrubber had fingerprints on it I contact the customer service which is pretty slow got asked to send some videos I did after that I was told to send it back Items has been back to them and still I have not been updated on what is next 12 days has passed since I lodge the complaint I strongly recommend thinking twice in get this Dr Pen products because of quality and health standards I won t be ordering from this brand anymore

Illegal Handling of Shipping Fees

Long story short Dr Pen has ILLEGALY kept the shipping cost I previously paid for an order that was not delivered to me due to their lack of proper documentation I recently placed an order with Dr Pen Australia but unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory My order placed on August 16th was returned to the sender due to missing documentation This issue as confirmed by the company was a result of their error missing documentation on their end and not due to any fault on my part While Dr Pen Australia promptly refunded the cost of the items they did not address the shipping fee which is problematic given that the failure to deliver was due to their oversight According to their shipping policy additional shipping charges apply for re-shipment but it does not clearly state how shipping fees are handled in cases of company error Therefore they cannot refuse to refund the shipping cost in this case Tracking Information Breakdown The parcel was picked up on August 19th and moved between various Sydney facilities until August 29th when it was marked as Delivered but not to me It was returned to Moorebank NSW the original sender s location This confirms that the package never left the Sydney area and the failure to deliver was due to their oversight Despite my attempts to resolve this issue directly with their customer support I have not received a satisfactory response or refund for the shipping cost This lack of clarity and fairness in addressing issues caused by their own errors has been frustrating Given my previous positive experiences with Dr Pen Australia this recent experience has been disappointing I urge the company to review their policies and handle such situations more equitably As a customer I believe it is only fair to be reimbursed for shipping costs when the failure to deliver is due to the company s mistake

I was really unsure whether or not this site was genuine as when I searched reviews many negative came up - however I believe they are reviews for an American website I just wanted to post this in case anyone else in Australia is considering to purchase from drpen com au - I would highly recommend this Australian site my product arrived and was a genuine dr pen device And I could not be happier Great value for money and quick delivery

Order experience was easy Did take a couple of days for the tracking of the item to update I contacted customer service who advised it was with the courier and if not delivered in the next day or so to get back to them It was and I m very pleased with my order
