Dr pen store Possitive experience
I had a really good experience with the dr pen store I ordered a M8 pen It was an original pen that arrived in a sealed box and with a code on the box and a QR code for authenticity When I opened the box unfortunately there was a small problem with the sticker with the directional arrows I contacted the customer help team who were very helpful and quick to respond I received a replacement Dr pen within a few days of returning the one I had received This company is UK based and is an authorised dealer which is great I am very pleased with their customer service They were very helpful I will definitely be ordering my replacement cartridges from them

Fantastic Customer Service
I never write reviews but I had such good customer service from this store I felt I had to I bought a Dr pen M8 from this store and it arrived the next day with free tracked delivery It appeared to be working fine when it arrived but when I tried to actually use it the button seemed a bit temperamental I contacted the company via WhatsApp which I found on their website Immediate replies very helpful I mailed my pen back showed proof of delivery and my new pen arrived with tracked delivery the next day This works perfectly and I m delighted Would definitely recommend The product is genuine sealed and has a scratch off barcode to prove authenticity It was also the best price I could find online for this product I would definitely recommend

GENUINE Dr Pen store
I never write reviews but I had such good customer service from this store and I feel I have to as it may help many people looking for genuine Dr Pen supplier I ordered M8 the product is genuine it has QR and security code that can be checked on Dr pen anti-counterfeit verification website Unfortunately it stopped working properly after couple of uses it didn t push the cartridge needles were not moving so I contacted the company via WhatsApp which I found on facebook I received immediate reply I was asked to send it to their store in Doncaster so it can be checked and either repaired or replaced On a day pen was delivered to them I received message confirming my pen is broken and that they will send replacement It was shipped the next day and I received it following day I also received extra 2 cartridges as a gift I couldn t be happier customer I highly recommend this store Drpenstore com
