WELL where do I start I m from the UK I went through a lot of research to find the perfect clinic to suit me But unfortunately that did not happen Until I came across a page called VANITY via instagram in Istanbul I messaged the page and they were quick to respond to my messages I told Vanity I was not happy with my breasts and it s something I ve always wanted to change They went through everything with me I took a photo so the doctor could have a look and we discussed what would be the best treatment would be for me I then made the appointment and flew out to Istanbul on the 9 10 22 Vanity had organised transport from the airport hospital hotel The service was fantastic They always made sure that I was not left in the dark and always assured me I had my operation day on the 10 10 22 and met my doctor who s name is DR SAFA MANAV This doctor is amazing he told me exactly what was going to happen and what treatment I needed Dr Safa is a true and honest man and is very passionate about his job The way I could explain Dr Safa is that he is very realistic and there is no beating around the bush with him and that is so respectful as in other health professions some don t exactly get to the point when you need them to but he does He is straight to the point and always has best interests at heart and will always want the best for those that seek his advice Whilst treatment Dr Safa chose what was best for me which can be scary to put your trust in people but I had complete faith in him and I couldn t be happier he went through arrange of different implants that would suit my frame of body and he aced it

I started researching and l found Dr Safa and Vanity Clinic After reading the fantastic reviews I booked my operation and a few months later I was in turkey Dr Safa was incredible from start l did my first consultation on line to finish he listened to exactly what l want once again when l met him I felt heard and understood he took his time to explain everything he will do and this makes me feel very comfortable with all the procedure He is soo professional yet kind and calming but at the same time he is very realistic about what can be achieved I did Lipo with Bbl and the operation itself went smoothly because he is a skilled doctor He has gifted hands He came to visit me shortly after to make sure everything was ok and did the same on the following day after my surgery to check up I m very happy with my results so far and it just getting better and better every day I can not thank Dr Safa enough The best and kind surgeon l could wish for

Amazing surgeon with brilliant results

Early on in 2022 i decided that i was going to go to Istanbul for a rhinoplasty I started doing my research into surgeons etc and found an amazing clinic where Dr Safa Manav works I had done my research looked at his work and loved the results he was giving people Then late November 2022 i flew out to Istanbul for my surgery i was extremely nervous as i d never had cosmetic surgery before so didn t know what to expect On the day of my surgery i met with Dr Safa Manav to talk about what my desired look for my nose was he listened carefully and understood what i wanted but he was also very realistic about what he could achieve with my rhinoplasty Once i was out of surgery Dr Safa Manav came to see me to check i was doing ok after i woke up and to check on my nose stitches etc the aftercare truly was amazing I m now 1 month post op i already love the way my nose is looking I can t wait to see the full results in a couple months time when all the swelling has subsided I can t thank Dr Safa Manav enough for making me feel comfortable listening understanding what i wanted and most of all for restoring my confidence I would 100 recommend Dr Safa Manav to anyone who is considering Cosmetic surgery i will be requesting him again on my next procedure

So happy with my results with Dr Safa He will not operate anything that is not realistic and will not compliment your features my nose is so straight and natural with minimum scaring I am booked back with him for may for a different procedure and I will continue to go to him and follow him for the rest of my life He is upfront professional and no false promise I am from Australia and it is really worth the travel to see this surgeon

Dr Safa did an amazing job for 3 surgeries I was given attention to detail at every step from legal procedure recovery expectations etc The end result is truly spectacular I have such a high respect for him I think anyone make or female considering cosmetic procedures in Istanbul should certainly reach out to him I did otoplasty rhinoplasty and liposuction in under 5 hours and with fantastic results

I am just a little over 1 week after revision rhinoplasty secondary rhinoplasty and I could not be happier Because I left the reviews about the wholesome expierience on Vanity Estetik page I will only write in here about Dr Safa Manav He is very calm focused and professional doctor makes you feel confident you are in the right hands as he is confident in his knowledge and his actions I think the problem I have had with my nose was quite complex and there was a lot of problems that had to be tackled but as for now I am overwhelmingly happy with the results doctor made my dream come true and the effect is even bigger than I thought He literally changed my life and I would definitely return to him in the future I also had Blepharoplasty done during the same surgery as an additional procedure and both surgeries were done without complications

If you re thinking of choosing Dr Safa choose him Literally the best doctor I could ve asked for I got a lift with implant during our consultation I told him what I wanted and how I wanted a very natural look that suited my body type so I didn t look top heavy We opted for 300cc and it was the best decision ever I look amazing and feel so great He took time in explaining how the procedure would go and made me very comfortable which was extremely important So grateful for him
