Can t fault them at all to be honest - the service is excellent I recently ordered a Yamaha Custom Hip Kit with hardware a drum throne and a drum mat As soon as they got the order through they contacted me to say they didn t have the colour of the kit in stock so delivery would be delayed Unfortunately after the kit arrived they also had issues getting the drum throne in that I ordered and there was also a delay with them receiving the drum mat from the supplier They very quickly resolved this by offering me a different and better drum throne and got this sent out with the kit and hardware for next day delivery They also posted the drum mat for next day delivery as well when it arrived Great company and great service Would happily order from here again

Placed an order for a product that was shown as in stock not long after I received a call to let me know that the product was out of stock but they d checked and it was in stock with the supplier and they would get in and out to me by the end of the week It arrived this morning packaged amazingly well as promised and I am over the moon Communication and service are top notch Staff seem friendly too
