In the eight month of ownership I noted a possible fault with my Dryrobe I contacted the company providing photo evidence I had a return email within 24 hours and after confirming the issue and my colour sizing the company sent a replacement which I received within days The customer service experience is exemplary Many UK companies fail miserably with customer service Dryrobe do not A truly first class service to reflect a first class beautifully made garment Well done Dryrobe Thank you so much

Exemplary customer services at such a
Exemplary customer services at such a busy time I bought two Dryrobes and returned one which according to all the email updates sat in a Hub from 12th December till last week 4th Janu and is probably still there When I emailed to ask why I had not had a refund I had a full explanation why - without hesitation the refund was made I wonder if the Dryrobe is still in the hub

My first order of dryrobe where not delivered because dpd could not find my address I m not a fan of dpd anyway I contacted dryrobe who sent them out again with extra instructions for dpd Hooray They arrived Dryrobe customer service 5 star

Awsome company to deal with
Great quality products and great customer service contacted as one of thr toggles on the zip pocket on my dryrobe was frayed and falling off within 5 mins i had had a reply and a replacement was on its way They normally ship at the end of the week but posted earlier wo that i could replace the faulty one before an upcoming trip

Great product and great customer service I sadly had to return the DryRobe I ordered for a family member as he is disabled and was unable to use the long low zip Customer services were great in helping me return the item and refunded me in full despite my being a little beyond the 28 day rule

Superb service on every level
Superb service on every level A dog robe I bought last December had a fault and from the minute I informed DryRobe they took control and reassured me it would be sorted 3 really supportive informative emails later a replacement was delivered a week later Service like this is rare and I absolutely applaud the DryRobe team

My Dry robe lives again aka Trigger s Broom
I cannot remember how old my Dry robe is but it has already lived many lives and always kept me warm and toasty Eventually through years years of abuse sand salt and rain the zip became a little too sticky - Dry robe offer a brilliant service to re zip it and in a easy efficient process it has been returned and given it a whole new lease of life It puts a smile on my face that I can continue the Dry robe journey with my old faithful Well done for offering this service
