Appalling service
They told me my DS3 etense had a range of 240 miles so i expected 190miles It only goes 90 miles on the motorway so is utterly useless for travelling to care for my mum 120 miles away I bought an extended warranty by when the car showed a fault shut down engine and i couldnt drive it - they couldn t fit me in for a diagnostic for seven weeks The warranty said I could claim for 3 days car hire Then I have tried to complain - they told me there is no way to complain I have to go to the Ombudsman The Ombudsman say I have to complain to them first NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Should be called DS Customers Don t care
If I could give 0 stars I would DS Customer Care has to be the most useless customer care team in the UK For a brand purporting to be prestige the standard of service is shocking No help No replies to emails No return calls Nothing Even when you do get through to them they re unhelpful obstructive and very poorly informed You d be as well asking the village idiot for help Love my car but the service from both DS and their dealerships sucks

What a mistake buying this
What a mistake buying this Electric DS one dealership in the whole of the north Two months to get the car in that is under one year old rattling like an old banger on the suspension and won t charge the whole quality and infrastructure is shocking It was cheap on lease but wish I would have paid more for something more quality Absolutely appalled do not buy one of these

Worst car experience ever Owner of an almost 10yr old car with 60 000 miles First owner and bought at the dealership Every year the car had it s service at the official dealership For it s 10th year service I brought the car to another garage for its yearly service What came to conclusion The engine was completely busted Any service from DS Automobiles 0 The car is fitted with the 1 2 PureTech engine Evidently the 1 2 PureTech motor is a nightmare engine with known manufacturer issues Nonetheless as customer you receive 0 service and 0 compensation The customer support even said that once the car hit the age of 2 all accountebility on their end had ended

Purchased my DS7 in December 2020 probably the worst day of my lifeIt has been a total nightmare unreliable no dealership network and the customer service is non existent this vehicle and manufacturer should be taken on by the unfortunate people lured in to purchasing these cars no one connected with the repair and maintenance of these vehicles seems to know what they are doing Please please please DO NOT BUY A DS AUTOMOBILE It will ruin your life

Robin day DS Chiswick Avoid like the plague Customer service is non existent to the extent the staff just look at you and laugh 52k on a ds7 and they couldn t careless about helping us get warranty work fixed It s a shame as I like the car but I would never ever get another DS Again we have had BMW s in the past and customer service has always been good and jaguar were really good too

Bought a new DS4 in June 2022 and it broke down after 50 miles Police pull me over for no number plates lights the wiring loom was not connected to the rear bumper big hole in the rear carpet cleverly hidden by the mat Reversing camera stayed on even when you were going forward and to crown it all when Wesley the DS customer care manager told me to reject the car and bring it back to the dealer it broke down on the M1 Wesley customer care will promise you the earth but I ended up walking as he was no help in getting me a replacement car Do not fool yourself DS is just Citreon Customer care should hold their heads in shame leaving a 65-year-old man with no car for three months One star is too much and should be 0 stars

Awful customer service and no help
Awful customer service and no help Light stays on after locked and engine off draining the battery Took it in 3 times and they ve each time nothings happening I ve had the RAC out multiple times due to a drained battery to a faulty light staying on Time off work to go take it in time off work for drained battery car won t start They don t care and have to wait months to bring it in Awful customer service have 1 or 2 dealerships every 300 miles

The wet belt had disintegrated into the engine and caused alot of problems with the car car had only done 40k miles Got told by DS in April that they will refund the parts for the car yet I m still waiting to be paid Everytime I call I get told there is nothing they can do as its been processed They can t tell me when I m getting the refund or even give me a number for the refund department there is never a manager to speak to and most of the customer service representatives are so rude The whole thing is a joke

Dreadful service
Dreadful service Electric DS3 broke down Rang DS Assistance DSA on their 24 hour helpline Utter shambles Zero communication between them and the DS dealers for booking in repairs they won t arrange repair for you and expect you to ring around to find a dealer to accept repair job whilst poor RAC recovery chap just sits there waiting For an encore DSA say hire car will only be provided for 4 days - despite DSA T Cs clearly stating that a hire car will be provided until your car is fixed Customer Care reps can t help and just promise call backs that don t come Shame Car was ok before it just stopped working
